I wish my experience were as good as other reviewers. When I walk in, they dont seem too eager to get out from behind the counter to help, even if no other customer is calling for their attention. Almost every time, theres something that Ive been looking for thats either been out of stock, or that they simply dont carry (especially in their paltry garden section). I like supporting the little guy and am willing to spend more to buy local, but Ive just given up. I now buy most of my hardware online rather than waiting until the weekend only to find they dont have what I need. One thing I must mention to their credit: they are willing and able to cut things to custom dimensions. They spent a good ten minutes slicing a relatively inexpensive piece of plywood to my random specifications. Its a testament to how put off I am by the rest of what theyve got going on that even this very generous act led them to only two stars.

This store is pretty well stocked. They have an ok selection mostly small paint jobs and small fixes. Its more like a convenience store. That being said, every time I have gone in this place and asked for anything the heavy balding guy in the black shirt always looks at me like I shouldnt be in the store or I shouldnt have to ask him if his store carries something. Bad business! Today I went looking for a specific tool, and when I asked I was pretty much got laughed at by some employee in a stained shirt who only began to act decently to me when he realized I was walking out of the store without buying anything. Too little too late. I will only go into this store again as a last resort. They better step it up as for as their customer service is concerned and treat each customer who is willing to spend money in that store equally, not just fat ass building supers

The first time I went in their I felt like as if they didnt take me seriously because I was a 15 year old in a hardware store but I was buying something for my dad plus I know about hardware. Anyways, their were 3 to 4 men and all they were doing was talking to each other and didnt even great. It wasnt until I was their for 15 min that they came to help me, just in a way to get rid of me I guess. But its uncomfortable entering a place where the workers talk to one another and hoard the counter. The people are nice and the place is very organized.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. they dont even deserve one star. Their customer service sucks. They make keys that dont work. Instead of helping customers they just having conversations amongst themselves. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ON THE FIRST CHANCE.

The people in here know their stuff. They pretty much got all the things that I need single handedly, just ask them some questions and they will handle it competently.

This store is grate! They have a huge inventory squeezed in neatly for the size of the store. Also the only place I go to have keys cut, they always work!
