The worst experience I endured. My first visit was to find. Replacement Bobbin Case for for sewing machine I previously had . I was told they dont sell separates parts for sewing machine period . Ok So I decided to purchase a Brand new one Singer 2259 . Took it home everything was brand new the machine even had oil throughout the shutter . For some reason it was not catching the thread in the shuttle . It would tangle the thread making mutiple pieces. I brought the sewing machine back the following day and ask for a replacement . All of sudden I see 2 other machine . When I purchase my first Singer 2259 there was just the box I had purchase . Told the employer to exchange my machine or if they could help fix the bobbin . He old me they dont provide that service. I have visited other Michaels locations where they do . I open the box look fine saw stiropone. I proceeded to pull the sewing out . Packing was loose . Bobbin Case was completely tangled . There was no cover for the sewing machine like the previous one . Instead of its original square under the needle there was a sample of yellow swatch they were practicing stitches on . I clearly ask for another sewing machine like the first one I bought . I received a tangledup mess. The thread was so tangled in the shuttle the thread winder would not budge. This was now my second time coming to this store . I Will advise go somewhere else with concerning your sewing machine . They dont supply replacements parts which was my sole purpose for the visit .

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! Waited around 15mins at one of their customer assistances areas (where you press the botton for assistance) only to leave that area to track an employee down which seem to feel like an endless game of hide and go seek. When I finally came across an employee I was instantly told to "wait a second". Frustrated I began to play another game of hide and go seek to find another employe to help answer my question, when making my way back to my cart the female employee asked me to explain my question to her, once I did she explain how she had no clue on how to help me asking me "idk what you want me to do?" Confused and upset I told her I no loner need her assistance and began to search the web to write an review about my experience. I hope everyone else costumer service is 1000xs better than mine. WORD OF ADVISE look up the everything possible on youre craft before coming here so that you wont have to depend on the assistance of an Employee.

I brought Caron Cakes Yarn at this store, started my project and needed more yarn. When i went back to buy more i was told they were out and to try again next week. Again i went and they were out. I was told try buying it online, well it was not available online. Leaving me with no way of finishing my project. Why does Micheals stop selling a product that can only be brought from them. I will never buy another Caron Cake product. I will go to Joannes craft store as they sell a similar product, i will now have to start my project over in a new color.

I was approached by a worker while looking at the jewelry making section asking me if I needed any help with such an attitude and when I said no Im just looking she literally said "well if dont need any help why bother pressing the button" when I didnt press no button lol.... Micheals step up your game stop hiring rude ass workers and even if I did, she shouldve came and asked politely instead of having an attitude... dont come here. Im not. Ever.

Highly unorganized store. The products are not placed in designated areas. Many products are missing in this store. Its like no one takes inventory, I usually go on a weekly basis, and yet empty shelves have not been replenished for months! Unbelievably incompetent management and staff.

I dont understand how people with such a nasty attitude and rudeness work at this store. Its pretty sad because is a new location, but I rather drive to Pelham Manor instead of dealing with these bothered employees. The store is just another Michaels with the same items and store design.

The store itself isnt the problem it has all the same thing as any other Michaels and its pretty clean but the overall the staff is so rude i love Michaels and would go there very often at other locations but this Michaels is my least favorite

Love love love this Michaels. I usually come when the candles go on sale. Theyre usually $5.99 but i get them for $3.33 I dont really venture off to buy anything else because theyre a little overpriced

Very hard to find assistance on the floor, and the inventory is not well supplied nor stocked. My first & last visit there. Its very difficult to find a good art supply store in the bronx. :(
