Dstillery Reception

I shop at Champs all the time and always have a great experience. The sales staff are really knowledgeable about their products and will make sure you know what will be the most comfortable and perform well. The managers Dane and Brandy are super helpful and provide great service and almost always talk me into buying things I had no intention of getting. Very friendly atmosphere, staff members are always smiling and laughing with each other and they remember their repeat customers.

Good shoe selection by horrible customer service. Employees dont approach you when you need help and when you approach them they are impatient and rude. I went to just try on some sneakers being that they didnt have the color I wanted and the women was completely disrespectful when I told her I wasnt taking them.

This lady with twisted hair, very disrespectful didnt want to help me and when I asked for helped looked away. After I put the shoes down she stated "i dont know why they waste my time" she should be FIRED! Bad customer service.

Shoe selection is pretty good. Customer service is out of touch with clients and seem rather bias. By this I mean-- what youre wearing, how you look, etc.
