First let me say my order started out great. My daughter found exactly what she wanted. We ordered the following: Louisville Slugger Xeno 34 in Fastpitch Catchers Mitt, and Easton Mako II Catchers Helmet. We placed the order on Aug. 26, 2015. After a couple days I received a phone call from Baseball bargains informing me the Items I ordered were Next years models and they would be receiving them on Sept 15, 2015. If I was willing to wait they would overnight the Items to my house at no extra cost to me. Which was very nice of them. So I agreed that this would be ok although my daughter would have to use old gear for her first 2 games. Around Sept. 5,2015 I received another phone call from Baseball Bargains informing me that the Catchers mask we ordered was pushed back a couple of months and if I wanted to I could pick a different mask. So with the gentleman on the phone we picked Wilson Shock FX 2.0 Softball Catchers Helmet in the color of purple. I was told the didnt have it in stock and that it would be a week to get the helmet at which point they would overnight it to me at no extra cost. I once again agreed and a thank the man for helping me. Today Sept. 18,2015 I had not received a phone call or a E-mail letting me know what was going on. So I called them and the man i spoke to said that Wilson and Louisville Slugger are a wreck of a company and that they do not know when the Items I ordered would be coming in. I asked the man if they had plans of letting me know this and he got extremely angry at me and said "look mister its not my fault that Wilson and Louisville Slugger cant get their act together" and if I dont like it I can just cancel my order. So now with no delivery date in the near future and the fact that I already waited almost a month and my daughter has no equipment, I now have to start this process all over again. This is a mess of a company that is selling items that they dont have in stock. They dont even list the items on their web site as back ordered. At this point I would say that their customer service is extremely lacking. I will never do business with this company again and hope you the next possible customer reads this and comes to the same conclusion.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a company for equiptment. I bought a catchers equiptment set back in July and unfortunely I broke my elbow in a game prior to receiving the equiptment and couldnt use it. When I first purchased the equiptment they said Id get a bag along with it to get a 15% off discount. They didnt even call and say that they "ran out of the bags" and took off the discount without my knowledge. Then they said that I would receive the package in 4-5 days. It was two weeks later I finally got it. Once I got it I called them back to find out what I needed to do to return it since it was useless to me. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I did it that same day. I had the package tracked and a signature was needed to return the package. I was never refunded my money. I contacted my bank and they did an investigation and the post office even confirmed it was delivered to the right place. 3 months later I am still dealing with this issue and trying to get my money back. Worst experience Ive ever had there are plenty of better places to buy equiptment from.

Customer Service as dry and unfriendly. He answered by call by saying, "Baseball"......silence. I wasnt for sure I called a legit company. Unhelpful w/ replacing the pants and they charge restocking fees plus you pay your own shipping back......Buyer Beware - There are too many options out there for anyone to be treated this way. I took a loss on these and the reviews I believe were not honest on the pants I ordered. Anyway, they obviously are not paying me to write a solid review. Look elsewhere or take your chances. Also - Shipping was s l o w to get here.........I dont have time to wait for another failed order and crappy rude customer service

do not buy baseball products from this company they drop ship. I purchased baseball catchers equipment set for $135 and added a baseball bag to make the order over$150, in order to get 15% off. They cancelled the bag and took away the promotion of the 15% off stating the bag was on backorder, They did this arbitrarily, without asking me first. They just credited the credit card the price of the bag so I lost the 15% off. The catchers equipment took a long time to get delivered and it was shipped directly from Rawlings. there are many better options for baseball or softball equipment.

Ordered catchers equipment for my son for Christmas 12/14/16 with an expected delivery date of 12/21/16. Did not arrive until 12/27/16....2 days after Christmas!! I was told order fulfilled 12/16/16 (timely in their opinion) and once it leaves their facility, it is out of their control....WRONG! Perhaps they need to use a more reliable, timely shipping method. Very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from them again. If you want something by a guaranteed date, this is not the place from where you should be ordering!

Placed an order over a week ago. Never received an email conformation, estimated shipping date or tracking number. Called customer service (less than professional) and they stated it should be here by today. Havent received order, called again and they informed me its coming directly from Worth and they would call and get the tracking number and email it to me. Still no email. To top it off, it was a wire face guard that cost over $11 to ship. Beyond frustrated. Skip them and order elsewhere!!!

I ordered a batting helmet from my daughter last week since her first game is this coming Saturday and they just shipped it today. This was 5 business days later. The site says they try to ship the next business day after order is placed. I am very disappointed with this delay and will probably have to go purchase another helmet since this one will not arrive on time. The prices are good but definitely not worth the Hassel.

Baseball Bargains is a great store. I have bought many pieces of baseball equipment from this store. The service is great and the prices are great as well. I would definitely recommend this store to many people who need baseball equipment. If you order online shipping is quick and efficient. I really like this store and plan to buy more equipment from this store. Once again service is great as well as prices.

Worst customer service ever! I was lied to repeatedly. I was told order is coming in tonight for weeks. I was also told there was a back order from the factory which I found out wasnt true because I called the factory and was told they had hundreds in stock. Do not order from these guys.

Had some initial concern as with all negative feedback. I found email communication was fast and professional. We ordered on Thursday delivered on Tuesday during a holiday week. Took advantage of promo codes they share on Site!! Will be back for sure!!!
