Had to chose a star as it was mandatory for a review, but I am extremely disappointed & angry with my experience. I ordered roses to my fiancées work place for Valentines Day as I annually do. It wasnt until almost 6pm that I received a phone call from "Dave" stating that she wasnt in the building at that very time and that the driver was waiting for another address to make the delivery.. I requested a refund as my anual tradition was already ruined and no I didnt want them delivered anywhere because we had plans immediately after work.. it is now evening. Ive never had a problem in the past. He simply replied with "Ill see that THEY want to do about it" and hung up. THEN comes the part that made me angry.. he called her after hanging up with me BEHIND MY BACK and asked her for a second address. I found that extremely unprofessional and rather swindle. Why was my refund request ignored? Till this day, I havent heard from "them". I will be staying away and advising others to do the same.

After I ordered flowers to be sent to my sisters home I realized shed be at work all day so I called the florist and switched it to her work . They were so helpful. While delivering the delivery guy noticed the street was spelled wrong and called to verify. Most importantly, my sis said everyone stopped and commented how stunning they are. Nice work McKenzie!

McKenzie Floral can create anything!!!!! When a friends husband died, I asked McKenzie if they could do something unique considering the man was a nature lover and had a son who is a lepidopotrist. They created a beautiful butterfly in an intricate array of flowers which was placed on a stand. Service was perfectly timed as well.
