If I could give them negative stars I would! Ive been there a few times because it is close and convenient. At this point Id rather drive to Jersey for Flowers. Very poor quality at insane prices. When something goes wrong, they will tell you the owner isnt around but will call. However, the owner wont call and when you get them on the phone they will talk over you and then hang up. Pretty much the worst independent business in Babylon!

Terrible experience was given a corsage that was nothing like we discussed then when we went to ask for it change my mom was made to feel like a bother. Owner rant and raved and yelled while my mom had to sit there. Terrible customer service. You have to listen to your customers not just create things. Your customer should always feel valued.

Terrible! Order was wrong. They did not take responsibility for their error. no one qualified was available to fix corsage. It fell apart and was given in a plastic bag with squished flowers. Had to demand a generic backup which also fell apart when taken out of bag.

I was looking for a flower shop while I was visiting town for a few days. The owners were more than willing to meet my needs with such short notice. Highly recommend this shop if you live in the area! They have everything you can imagine!

Exceptional ROSES in a beautiful arrangement. I love roses and got this for my birthday as a gift. It is 5 days later and the roses are opening now. Prettier than the first day!! LOVE THIS FLORIST!!
