The customer service is super bad when you come in they do not a knowledge you . If they work in delivering parts department they will not let you kno someone will be there to help you its like they dont care I waited for 5 min when no one was in the store while they joked around before they even help me . I cant wait to speak to their regional.

Service is very poor I purchase cap filter wrench the gentleman who sold me the wrench told me that was the one it was the wrong one now I tried to return the item they tell me that tools are not returnable. I went to Walmart I found the same item for less and the one that works. I will never purchase another item for this place again.

Very mean spirited customer service by the store manager susan. Refused to put on windshield wipers for a disabled person. Although clearly advertised as free with purchases.
