The store did not have the software to support my manuscript, as described online. I then had to go on the stores computer to download my material in a format that the store supported. The owner did not know how to print on legal paper. He then tried to charge me for using the computer. Left without my manuscript printed. Extremely disappointed.

I only gave one star because I wasnt able to put no stars The owner BJ Park is very nasty , and rude! A complaint will be made against him. Poor service. The worst service Ive ever experienced at UPS only at this location.

I like this UPS store very much. Every time I need to drop off a package it takes me less than 2 minutes to do so. BJ runs this shop very smoothly!
