To begin with the trash outside was over flowing into the ground outside. Was a Saturday night and the store was understaffed! The dollar section when you first walk into the store was so messy it wasnt worth sorting threw everything... During check out a young cashier named Malik had the most DISGUSTING attitude. No thank you have a good day nothing then was annoyed when I asked to check if one of my coupons went thru on my cartwheel app he said no I have to customer services so they can help ... I get to costumer service and a women named ROSA was called to help me out with my one coupon !! I assumed she was the manager. I was going to tell her about her cashier Malik but then I realized she wasnt setting a very good example her self... SHE DID NOT TRY TO SOLVE MY SITUATION AT ALL i felt like me using a coupon was looked down upon ?!? Wth Im just trying to get my 25% off !! I dont have time for your eye rolling and huffing and puffing. What the hell happened to customer service in this place ?!?! Better off going to Walmart further down the road! Lesson learned never again !!

The people on the Guest Service dont know what they are doing or how to talk to customers. my husband order a case online, got an email to come pick it up at this store. the lady there gave us the wrong color case, we told her and she got an attitude with us, saying that we order the wrong thing online. she cancelled our order and told us that if we wanted a different color we have to find it ourselfs in the store that she couldnt help us cause it was our error. we had to talk to a manager and he agreed that we were right and it was their mistake. instead of fixing the problems he gave us a list of other targets that we can go and find the product, even tho the computer stated they had the product in stock. poor customer service, made us waste our time driving there and all the time we spend arguing for something that was targets fault and they didnt even help us getting the product. left empty handed, never coming again!!!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. Worst target I have ever been to. Bought expired food there few times and end up throwing it away. Probably the worst group of customer service/cashiers I have ever encounter. 90% of the employee working there are rude and refuse to help. The other 10% will be corrupted soon enough. Would much rather paid more at Clark target where they actually treated you like a decent human being. Yes, things cost more at Clark target but it is a small price to paid for good service or some kind of service. On a side note the pharmacy team is nice but since I literally cringe every time I have to step into that target I will need to transfer my prescription elsewhere.

The last few times Ive been here they seemed to be out of stock on alot of items. The beauty/haircare section seems the hardest hit. The shelves are almost completely bare! Over in the food section I came across alot of expired yogurts within a week or so and I also found most of the natures valley bars expired by a month or more. It seems you have to be extra vigilant in your expiration checking or you could go home with a bunch of expired items. Got to the check out and one lane was open. ONE LANE FOR A SATURDAY NIGHT! They need to get it together over there. I hardly saw a worker in the store. Disappointing since I love Target and this is/was my go to location.

Where is the food? So I entered to shop and decided to grab a bite. Little did I know there was nothing on the menu but pizza. The best part is the young lady behind the counter waited until I asked for a pretzel. We dont have that. Breadsticks? We dont have that. So I asked, what do you Have? She said pizza. Thats what I had to order. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted anything else? Are you serious. I looked around at all the out of order signs up at the fountain machines. They should be ashamed to have so many machines not working. This is not a functional food court.

Used to be a great place to shop. It was always clean and the shelves were always stocked, however lately it has been absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms have paper towels over filling ALL over the floor. Its impossible to walk in the bathroom without shuffling papers around with your feet, not to mention the toilets are dirty as if they only get cleaned once a week. There are carts everywhere filled with items that havent been stocked yet, there are items all over the floor that arent even in their appropriate section, and the price scanners are falling off the walls.

Horrible service. I asked for help in the electronic section and the guy who worked there told me to wait. I waited for half an hour and when I went to look for him again he was on his phone. He saw me and just kept texting. I left soon after. I waited on the same spot for that long so I know he saw me there he just didnt care. I would understand if he was busy or if there was a lot of customers but there wasnt. Very disappointing because this Target was my favorite spot. Its not the first time the employees do this to me

In one trip to this Target we bought pizza there and around 1-2 days later we caught the stomach flu, probably from the unsanitary workers there. But hey get this... I payed for some dog good, I give the worker a 10 dollar bill. Get this she doesnt give me change and slips it for herself, it wasnt until later that I realized that and got my money she stole from me. This Target is better once you look beyond that.

Had no registers open. Just self check out. I have no problem checking myself out but imagine being in the back of a long self check out line for one item. & pizzahut is never open everytime i go. They must be shutting it down. If this wasnt the only store location that carried what i needed consistently, Id never return to it.

Went to the Target in Linden. I couldnt lift the microwave that I wanted. I used there help phone a d someone assisted me right away. When I asked for "carry out" however, i waited for at least 10 minutes. My friend was checking out and we decided that between both of us we could lift it and put it in the trunk.

Horrible, horrible, horrible....the manager including customer service department act like you are a bother. The security guard was truly the only person in there that treated me like a valued customer, a shame he couldnt help me with my issue. Bad representation for your company.

I tried price matching at this place and the employee gave me a real hard time for my first and second item, even though I had another person to claim the product. The employee had a piss poor attitude towards me so I just left the second product. I will be buying it from Amazon.
