Beware... I was referred to the Optometrist by another physican and long time friend and was completely surprised by how I was treated as a patient... I made an appointment to have a contact lense exam so I could purchase lenses (my prescription had expired). After my initial exam and paying $135.00 I returned for a follow up as Dr. Arnold insisted I try wearing some experimental lenses with different prescriptions in each eye... After my follow up I had to argue with her that I just wanted a prescription for the lenses I had been wearing for years and tried to be resist becoming angry in her office... at the end of that visit I was handed a bill for over $335 dollars with no credit for my initial payment. I phoned her office the next day and was told I could not pick up my prescription until my balance was paid and that I was only given an exam for glasses... I could not get Dr. Arnold as she was never available by telephone and it took a third return visit to have the proper credit issued and still I was unable to obtain a contact lense prescription... I was so aggravated by the experience that I decided to use the temporary lenses and never returned or was able to secure a prescription for the exam I had paid for... If this is the way she treats new patients who she knows were referred to her Id have to wonder how she treats patients who walk in off the street!

I have seen Dr. Arnold since I moved to the NYC area two years ago. She is extremely professional and is efficient and knowledgeable. I am confident about her care. She asks you the right questions to ascertain exactly whats right for you and is not satisfied until you are. Tuli Santiago who works in the office is also extremely helpful in assisting with billing questions, glasses fittings, and out of the ordinary needs (like extra trail contact lenses when you run out!). Even though its not so convenient to have her as my doctor since I changed jobs, I still make the trip to see her. I highly recommend. Also the styles of glasses she has are absolutely terrific!

This was my sons ( Tyler ) first optometry visit. Dr. Arnold made his experience very comfortable. She took time to explain the procedures to him. Dr. Arnold’s staff is of the most processional staff I have ever encountered anywhere. Their guidance in frame selections and options was the best I have ever experienced. With an overwhelming selection, the staff provided support and suggestions that helped my son choose a set he was comfortable with, and not a set we would regret. I am very pleased with the outcome and overall experience. Dr. Arnold will become our new family optometrist. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr.Arnolds for over 8 years Unquestionably she is an exceptional optometrist that truly cares about the welfare of her patients. Takes the time to explain her examinations and is very thorough and conscientous. Office staff(Tully) and environment very pleasant. I have had a very complex eye condition and consider myself very fortunate to be under her care. I now reside over 50 mile from her office but still have her as my optometrist . What else needs to be said!!!

Pleasant experience. Very close to home. Did not have to wait to be seen. Dr. Arnold was very warm and welcoming. She was thorough in her process and explained everything in an understandable way. Dr. Arnold was very friendly and sociable. I made a comment stating how I enjoyed the music selection in the office. This prompted a pleasant conversation about each others musical interests. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Arnold for 15+ years; she and her staff have consistently provided us with excellent service. Her office is very nice and the selection of eyewear is excellent. Appointments are always on time, I never need to wait! Three years ago I moved across the country, but I still schedule my appointments with Dr. Arnold whenever I am back in NJ. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an optometrist.

Ive been going to Dr. Arnolds since I first got my glasses when I was 11. Im 22 now and still love Dr. Arnold. Shes the only doctor that has ever made me feel like she actually knows me. Instead of just being another patient. Dr. Arnold and her staff have always be immensely helpful, friendly, and provide excellent service. Anyone who rates them less than excellent should look at themselves as the issue.

Unfortunately due to the general rude attitude I was given from the receptionist when I asked about a frame adjustment, I wont be using this office for my needs. I told her I didnt need an exam, just some heat applied to the ear pieces so they wouldnt fall off my face. Then she proceeded to talk to me like I was unintelligent and a difficult customer. Ill be taking my business to Americas Best on route 22.

Dr. Arnold is wonderful, the staff is very helpful, and friendly. Love that we can get our glasses right there and dont have to go elsewhere. The selection of frames is great. They have a lot to pick from. I love that Tula is there to help you pick your frames. She is very good and knows her stuff about what looks good on you. I have been a patient for a while now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Arnold takes the time to understand my health history and me as a patient and uses her greater understanding to counsel me on proper eye care. I have a unique eye condition and Dr. Arnold always explains everything to me and speaks to you without all that doctor jargon that is hard to understand. She has really done a great job, she treats you with respect and does a quality job. I couldnt ask for anything better in an optometrist.
