I would rate this service zero stars if possible. I started out by bringing in my frames and a prescription to get new lenses. They said it would be in a matter of 5 to 8 days until my prescription was filled, and that they would hold on to my frames. The time I waited was more like two weeks, after constantly hearing "theyll be in tomorrow." When I went in to get my new lenses, they told me that they had lost my frames. The employees ignored me and walked walked away for about an hour until I raised my voice about the issue yet again. An employee requested I pick out a new pair of frames; now mind you my frames cost $280, and the vision center does not offer frames over $115. I made him search through the trays (which he said he had already done), and he finally found my frames (go figure) which were in a tray that was mislabeled. Finally, my lenses were placed in my frames, but there were prominent defects in them, and they were not shaped to fit my frames. He apologized and said he would send out a rush order for new lenses, and that I can hold on to my frames in the meantime. He said they would be there in about four days because he put in a rush order. It had been a week and a half, and I had heard no response. I finally called and they first said they did not have my lenses, then they called and said they had them but that they were once again defective - this time missing the grooves to fit my frames. The woman on the phone told me I had to drive back over to place another order, which I declined and reminded her that I already had. They put in another "rush" and I had to call back on my own to be told they were missing the grooves for a second time! Im waiting to talk to a manager now... Because apparently the first two mistakes were not enough to warrant concern. Finally got my lenses in, of course I had to call myself again. They mentioned a refund, but as soon as we got there and got the lenses a worker remarked "oh, youre getting them for free?" You have to handle everything yourself here and all they do is blame it on the lab, and say they have no way to deal with these issues. Do not get your frames/lenses/contacts/eye exams here. Their company is a disgrace, and I am ready to call the Better Business Bureau and Walmart Headquarters to discuss this disaster.

It was difficult to make an apt. Unfortunately my daughter an I had the FLU so I had to work the day of the apt. I asked if I can come in later, the latest was 30min. So I rushed from work, nearly got into 3 accidents, to get there exactly at 1:30, to not be helped. By the time I was noticed it was 1:40. Then the DR came in asked who was here first, I said myself, and noted my apt time. He said I was late, which I requested a preferred time from one of the technicians, and I was told 30 min, and made it there by that time. He told me he had to take the later apt since I was late. I explained to him what happened and how I was still here before that next apt. & the customer, he still refused to see me until after her apt, which I could have been at work, or not trying to kill myself to get there at a certain time. Fine. The DR finally saw me but nixed all of my questions and symptoms. They didnt even give me a glaucoma test, and I told him about 3 times the lens he was showing me werent clear. I hope when I pick my glasses up, theyre a match. By the looks of the reviews Ill probably be getting my refund and taking my prescription else where!

The worst customers service ever. If your going to order contacts order them through another Big Box Store or Online service. These folks dont have answers dont call back and leave you on hold till you hang up 15 minutes later. Very unprofessional.

Dislike how they do not carry any astigmatism contact lenses. Needs to be ordered. Eye exam and everything else was great but when needing a last minute pair of contacts or box, I have to place an order with them.

Staff there is odd and not very friendly, area is somewhat disorganized, waited 30 min even though i had an appointment. doctor didnt tell me till i got there that he no longer participated in my insurance.

I really liked the doctor at this Walmart location. The frames are not the best quality but then again this is Walmart so I knew what to expect. Overall, my experience was great.

The entire staff and optometrists are great !!!!! Our whole has been going there for 7 years. They all work very hard, and are patient especially when they are very busy.
