TERRIBLE experience. Please read the following before you get your eyes checked out at this place. There are many things that are wrong about this place, the service at the optometrist, the pricing of contact lenses, the wait time, the organization of the procedures. 1. To get your eyes checked out here you would need to set aside at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours and… Thats just to get your examination done!!!! It was a horrible experience to wait with my 4 year old for that long!! I also waited that long, and so did my husband. 2. They got our prescription wrong three times. My daughters, mine and my husbands. 3. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I took my daughter there about 5 to 6 months ago and they examined her incorrectly. I called him back twice to reschedule an appointment so that she can be we examined since she was still squinting with her glasses. They werent able to set me up with an appointment that was comfortable with my schedule either time. So when I called back after 5 1/2 months, they told me that I have to pay again for the examination which I found ridiculous because they were the ones who did it incorrectly to begin with. That prescription is supposed to be good for a year too!!! On top of that the person at the optometrists office told me I should be more of a responsible mother and shouldve brought my daughter in before five months!!!!!!! That is completely unprofessional and given the fact that its been hard for me to bring her in since I work evenings and my daughter goes to school in the mornings. Besides they need to be more flexible with the timings and considerate!!!! 4. The trial contact lenses that they had me try on left my eyes infected for a whole two weeks!!!! Thats never happened to me before because I do not have sensitive eyes!!! Maybe theyre using expired ones?!?!?? 5. these people are scam artists they wanted to charge me 2 to 3 times the amount that for contacts compared to the prices found many other places. When I told the receptionist I do not want to order contact lenses through them she immediately was really nasty to me and told me that I cant find better prices elsewhere. At that point I pulled out my phone and I found better prices instantly and showed it to her!!!! I dont understand how this lease crafters is still in business being so unprofessional, rude and disorganized!!!! Please take my advice save your time save your eyes and save your money and DO NOT go to this place!!!

If I could leave no stars to write a review I would. When I walked in the employees were fooling around in a back room or so with extremely loud music also leaning up on their desk in the front as if they had nothing to do. I proceeded to get my exam and the doctor was great . Then afterwards I wanted to purchase glasses from them.( I had called ahead about getting them the same day). When I went to purchase my glasses I was then told their systems were down and that I would have to wait for a price phone call the next day when their systems were up to run the insurance. Also the saleswoman was very pushy about getting anti reflective after I told her I had it before and It didnt work for me and she still pushed the issue (I guess they get commission or so for ad.ons). I didnt receive a phone call so I called myself the next day and asked for a status update and I was told their systems were up but they didnt even go the extra mile to atleast give me a price and that theyd call when they were ready..... 4 DAYS LATER FROM MY EXAM....I get a call STILL TELLING ME TO GET THE ANTI REFLECTIVE LENSE when it was noted that I didnt want them!!!!!! So then I asked if they are calling to give me a price maybe they are finally going to get my glasses done . The woman says NO. Maybe the next day or the day after. LOL I gave yet another chance going into the store to pay for the glasses and again employees leaning on the walls or cabinets and one was on the phone busy and I was told Id have to wait when there was someone who couldve clearly helped me. SO I left and I am never going back! Overall terrible experience I rather go to the Menlo lens crafters where they are polite and respectful as to what you want. Oh, and where they can actually get your glasses done in an hour.

Terrible experience - will NEVER go back. I had an eye exam and the doctor insisted on changing the prescription that I had even though I really liked my current prescription. The glasses were made and sure enough the left eye was blurry and I was getting headaches. I brought them back to have the prescription changed and even then I had another doctor who again though they would modify my requested prescription. I went back to pick up the glasses and they were SO blurry! I told that the to staff at Lens Crafters and they insisted that they had made them exactly as prescribed. Knowing that it was impossible that they had made them for my prescription I waited for them to have a doctor come out to see what was wrong exactly - well I wasnt crazy...Lens Crafters had done the prescription completely wrong and made them +1 magnification over the prescription. I then I had to leave for them to change them again. I went back to pick them up and still was not pleased with the prescription modification by the doctor, but at this point I was actually told by the lady I could not change my prescription again since it was over 30 days from my initial purchase of the glasses. I was then stuck with a prescription I was not pleased with and now have $250.00 glasses that I dont wear and still wear my old pair with the prescription I like that the doctors there would not just duplicate. Just waiting for my insurance to roll over for an eye exam that is actually worth having and will replace the lenses in these glasses since the frames were expensive. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HASSLE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I went to LensCrafters in March or April of 2016. I was preparing to have my eyes checked and to buy a new pair of glasses. On the day of my appointment, I read the reviews and was reluctant at first to go. Most were bad but it was already too late for me cancel my appointment. I arrived and did wait for maybe 20 minutes as I could re-call. My check up was very quick. I picked my glasses and an old woman was very helpful and kind. We talked and I thought my experience was wonderful. For the people who are reading these reviews, not every experience here is bad. Trust your instincts and do what is best for you. Hopefully my review was helpful and I hope you too have a great experience!!

I really liked that I can make an appointment online and go in to get my eye exam. When I went in, there was a very minimal wait and I browsed for glasses (ya know just incase they dilate you and you cant really see when you come back out to pick frames you really like ). The front staff was friendly. Helping me find the shape I wanted and colors. My only issue was that the anti-glare is horrible on prism glasses. Ive never had an issue like that before (been wearing them pretty much my whole life) and now Im waiting to get my second pair back without it on it.
