My family has been going to this location for almost 20 years. However, the service is horrible at this location. There is no privacy when speaking to the pharmacists. The wait times are usually rather long. When you finally get attended to the service is deplorable. At this point its like a revolving door of employees and only one or two are friendly or knowledgeable. On more than one occasion we have been given the wrong medication and when I move back to the area there was a mix up of wether or not medications were picked up. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner the manager came out of the back and loudly said he reviewed the tapes. He handled the situation very poorly and attempted to embarrass his clients (poor taste) then claimed that we were lying about receiving the wrong medication (it has happened in the past more than once, where we received someone elses medication when they were busy, when we realized their mistake the medication was immediately returned). The location lacks sufficient parking in the front of the store and lacks a drive thru. Save yourself the headache go to another location.

The customers from the old A&P in Woodland Park were transferred here when A&P closed. Ever since, this CVS/pharmacy department has been a nightmare. The general store is fine, but the pharmacy cant keep up. I thought I could beat the crowds by going at different times of the day, but that doesnt even work. They always have 3 or more people working, but they really need 3 cashiers and 3 people filling prescriptions. They dont even have time to answer the phone any more. You can hear the phone saying "2 pharmacy calls" all the time now. They are all friendly people, but enough is enough. Hire more employees! I just moved to Burgios Pharmacy right across the street. No lines, no waiting for Rx there.

This place is the worst around.. They dont care about their customers.. Ive been to many helpful pharmacies, and this is not one.. Theyre concerned about going home, as if they really dont want to be there... Anything other than using the phone service, is a obvious chore. They arent interested if youre medication is life saving or not, and if you have to pay cash, they told me its policy that they can not take any discount services or coupons... They fall to inform me of important insurance practices, the phone service, is more proactive than the staff...Too many times, Ive expected better off them. I am for sure taking my health elsewhere..

Ive been coming to this cvs for over 8 years now and the only reason I come is because its close to my home. This morning will be my last experience there. Every month I come there to refill my prescription and it should be the same price every month. My insurance doesnt change so why every month I come and they give me a different price with no explanation. The man this morning clearly stated "I dont know what to tell you" instead of trying to help me, perhaps make a phone call or something, nothing was done. Their system sucks and they need more qualified employees that will actually help customers.

No matter what time you arrive and no matter if you have confirmed the meds are ready or not. This CVS has a wait of 30 mins or more EVERY TIME!!!! They are severely understaffed or not qualified to be able to handle the work load and should consider reviewing their methods and organizational skills. I CANNOT wait to switch pharmacies. This place needs to be SHUTDOWN!!!!!

This location is incredible!! I have had several instances where they state they have not received the prescription and when I call my Doctors office they confirm it has been sent. Theyre very hesitant in calling the office to remedy the issue; you practically have to force them to do so. I will be changing pharmacy for sure...Theyre definitely not focused on their clients.

This CVS is the worst you have to wait about 40 mins for your prescriptions everytime and they never get them right I have to go here 4 times this week because of one prescription they never got right is an inconsistent inconvenience I am changing to Walgreens up the street

The store in general is good. They have nice employees and the store is very clean. The pharmacy on the other hand isnt that great. Every time I come here I have to wait on a long line and my prescriptions are never ready. I have never been in and out of this pharmacy.

Waiting time is way too long to pick up prescriptions and after you wait for about a half hour, they tell you its not filled yet. And if you try calling ahead of time to find out if its filled, you get a busy signal. Not good at all.

Their Pharmacy department is a complete nightmare! No matter when you stop by to pick up or drop the Prescription You will always find a big line and most of the time to pick up, waiting time can be more than 30 minutes!
