The only reason they get two stars is because Shaun did a clean job and hes very friendly. BUT. He overcharged based on the time he wasted. He made my boyfriend and I wait until almost an hour after my appointment time to call us back. It was at 1 and I wanted to finish early so I arrived at 12:45. Fast forward almost two hours later, and Im out the door at 2:30. My tattoo is 6 Japanese letters very thin, maybe about a millimeter thick, letters ranging from 3/4" to 1" in length, taking up about 5.5-6" horizontally on my forearm. Shaun charged me $100 when it took approx. 22min from start to finish (I kept track). The only reason why he took so long was because he kept me waiting not one, but three times because other people came in to ask about pricing. Instead of asking for them to either wait patiently as I should be done in less than 30min, or direct them to the receptionist, he made us, THE ALREADY PAID AND BOOKED CUSTOMER, wait. Which I wouldnt have a problem with if he didnt overcharge me for the time HE took to bring me in. I was not late and it was not complex. Going to Burning Monk next time. My friend had a beautifully shaded and clean tattoo done (larger and more complex than mine) for $80. DONT GET IT DONE HERE!

Great service, friendly artists, and cool shop. Sadly, the artist messed up my tattoo bad...I wanted an eagle to represent my father when he knew he had no experience on tattooing eagles. The eagle ended up coming out like a fat pigeon and I was embarrassed as hell to show it off. I went back because I was unhappy and he touched it up, but very sloppy. I still am embarrassed to show it off and I get made fun of among tattoo friends

Nice, clean, tattoo parlor. Ive had all my tattoos done by Pat, and cant be more pleased by his work. Every artist in there is friendly and laid back, I just dont have a reason to see another artist than Pat
