I love this store, there are a lot of great supplies for crafts and decor. But lately it seems like the staff is changing and the attitude and customer service as well. It is almost impossible to find someone around the store to ask for a product, unless you go to the fabric cutting counter or the register. Also, I went to return an item and the cashier was not nice at all, with a very angry attitude she asked me for the receipt and then asked me to take the item out of the bag, which I dont mind doing, but for customer service purposes, it does not look or feels right. She mumbled " take the items out of the bag" When I looked at her she said " You want to return it, right? Take it out of the bag."

Went here to buy a sewing machine at 3:30 on a Sunday when the sewing machine was clearly available. Picked the sewing machine up, walked to the register and they told us we couldnt buy the sewing machine that was in our hands because the "sewing area" was closed. When we went back to the sewing area, there was a sign that clearly said they were available to purchase until 4. No one in the store seemed to care or wanted to help us. We drove 45 minutes on our 1 day off to get this sewing machine as a christmas gift for them to tell us to try again tomorrow. Wont be giving this place our business. Terrible customer service.

Jo-Anns is the best place to go for fabrics and sewing supplies. While most can get by with their local Walmart, I do automotive upholstery work and only Jo-Anns has the selection of high grade vinyls I use. They can be a bit pricey, but for a wider selection youll be hard pressed to find better elsewhere.

Good staff pretty good selection of fabrics. Good coupons and sales. Only thing I dont like is the distance to get to them. I am in Jackson and they are in Toms River over a half hour drive almost.
