I had read the previous reviews before I went to this store to buy a new phone. I had never had a bad experience during my previous visits, so, despite the negatives I had read, I decided to chance it. I am very glad I did! I was met at the door by a young lady who placed my name on a list and assured me someone would be with me shortly. 5 minutes later, Zach was there to help me. He was knowledgable, helpful, patient and very understanding. He found me exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and even saved me money on my contract. I also was able to see other employees dealing with customers and they all seemed to be as knowledgable and professional as Zach. In particular, I saw the young lady who had originally greeted me talk down a man who was angry and rude when it was explained to him that hed have a short wait for service. Quite honestly, I had actually been putting off the whole phone shopping process because it always seemed like a chore, but it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this store. Oh...and to the reviewer who was upset that other customers were helped before she was, even though she was there first, more than likely, they had made appointments. I did not make an appointment, but I did check this site to see when the slow times were, and it was pretty accurate. The whole process was completed in about an hour, well before I thought it would be.

I didnt believe the reviews on google assuming that I was the exception. Boy was I wrong. Upon entering the store, I was told to wait to speak to someone. Fine no prob. within the hour I saw at least 3- 4 people after me enter and get service right away. I approached the staff to express my grievance about how unfair it is, and he told me that theres nothing he can do and that I should just wait to speak to someone ?!?!?!?!? 1 1/2 in finally someone calls me, and the look on his face as I greeted him looked annoyed as if he needs to be some other place and Im holding him up or something. As Im struggling to converse with him hes checking phone, or replying to messages. or he starts talking to other staff as they pass by about sports scores. And in end he was reply with every way to get me out of the store....Extremely unprofessional. I have no idea how these bums are in business.

This review is on DirecTV now service. I signed up for it at the store. It sounded great I was sold on it. I cancelled cable immediately after starting DirecTV now. It worked well for about 3 weeks. Then I started to experience problems with it. What they dont tell you at the store is that DirecTV now customer service is completely chat based. Could not speak to anybody on the phone. I ended up canceling my service only to find out that they charged me an additional month and claimed I never cancelled the service. They will not refund me. Terrible customer service. I have been an AT&T customer as long as they existed. Its unfortunate that they would team up with such a terrible company

The staff needs to be replaced or re-trained. They were completely unhelpful, contradicted each other and were gossiping about other team members. The manager TITO was not proactive at all and we sat there for over an hour and a half with no resolution to our problem. Shame on you AT&T

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE DIFFERENT PHONES. WHICH IS CRAZY EVEN FOR AN IT TECH LIKE ME. I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY UNDERSTOOD THE PROCESSORS, FEATURES, BATTERY LIFE ETC AND THEY PASSED. FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, SMART AND GOT ME A BETTER PLAN. PLUS STORE WAS FULL OF SHOPPERS.

I worked with Holly and Jim. Even though I had my accounts a mess, they worked through it and did an excellent job! I cannot say enough about how great they were. I will only use ATT and this store for all of my cellular needs. We currently have 10 phones active with them.

Horrible experience... feel like At&T along with other carriers are sticking it to the consumer once again. At&T wants you to deal with their corporate store, but they are not very knowledgeable nor do they carry the inventory. looking for alternatives.

Horrible customer service! Waited around for over an hour while employees were on their phone hanging around. Waited for over an hour to be helped to then be told that they didnt have the phone I wanted to upgrade to. TOTAL WASTE

I travel well out of my way to do all my business with AT&T here. The staff is extremely friendly and well educated when it comes to the specs of the phones as well as the plans they offer. Highly recommend this store.

Staff is rude and unpleasant. Gave me a difficult time with a return although it was well within the return guidelines. They did everything in their power to deny me my refund.
