Wasnt happy with the experience. The flowers look beautiful online. After a half hour of searching and ordering, I received a call from the owner saying that they refused to deliver to the office I requested due to the fact that office desk attendants were rude to drivers in the past. I tried to explain that the business I was sending to were not the ones who were giving her drivers a problem because the business I was sending to only occupies a couple floors in the 8 story building that is managed by a different company, but she still refused and barely let me speak without talking over me. She said that they could leave the flowers downstairs and if the building desk attendant wanted to take it up they wanted to, a pretty rude "solution" and not too comforting when youre spending so much on flower delivery. This may not matter to most people because I cant imagine this problem occurs to too many other offices, but It was frustrating that after spending all that time she told me they wouldnt deliver there. It may be asking too much but perhaps they should list out places they wont deliver to so people dont waste their time. I ordered flowers elsewhere.

The florist who answered the phone was THE MOST RUDEST person I have ever spoken to and this order was for a funeral service. All she kept saying was she didnt care, very rude, unprofessional, unethical and completely disrespectful. Im filing a complaint with the BBB as well. She should NOT be working in the flower business or with any position that involves conversing with customers with her very poor and unacceptable attitude. She seriously needs to be fired or resign if she is the owner. She should be ashamed of herself. Words really can not explain her behavior.

Was given a referral there for wedding flowers. I visited the place during business hours and the door was locked and the place looked dark. As I was looking for the business hours posted on the door, I could see a woman inside working at the counter and she clearly saw me standing at the door in the rain. She did not bother to open the door or even say something through the door; nothing. She ignored me! I am obviously taking my business elsewhere, as who doesnt open the door during business hours to customers, and who locks their door when they should be open?

The owner was kindness personified after the death of my daughter. I went in to send a planter to the hospital staff who cared for my daughter. The owner was very patient with my distress, allowing all the time I needed to figure out what I wanted to do and letting me know I didnt have to hide my grief. She did a couple of other kind things that arent mine to share, but I cant imagine a more caring experience.

I love the fact that I see the same owner for 5he past 10 years that I go in to shop. You are always welcomed by Very friendly and outstanding customer service. The fact that the flowers are always fresh and you can always count on that unlike shop rite you see wilted flowers and dead ones in the coolers, Ive never seen anything like that at Flowers By Heaven Scent.

My Mom loved the "daily deal" bouquet delivered on Mothers Day! Especially that it came with a teapot for a vase. She sent a pic, its a cute arrangement. I loved that Heaven Scent allowed me to order it very last minute & still deliver on Mothers day for free, and that Mom is enjoying the gift. Nice job!

When my father died I was overwhelmed with all that needed to be done. Flowers were the last thing on my mind, and something I am pretty clueless about. But Heaven Scent did an excellent job helping pick and deliver the arrangements, and made a hard event a bit easier

Ordered online. Within minutes received a call that one of the flowers wasnt available (season, weather). Substituted with my approval and it was even better than pictured. Delivered early the following morning (and NO DELIVERY CHARGE). Will use them again.

Did funeral spray charged $374 not even a rose in it, pure garbage. Funeral Director said was $200 at most display. Never again use this dump, years ago was good now really poor.
