OK so this is my favorite ShopRite, always clean and staff is friendly. But there is an item that I purchase for my In-laws that is very rarely available. I’ve gone up to the Customer Service counter to complain 2 times. The last time I was there I went to the aisle and took a pic of the upc and gave it to the lady in the front. When it’s not available I have to drive to ShopRite on 130…they always have it. If I’m going to go to 130 I might as well do all my shopping there. :/ We shall see if they change their ordering and bump up the weekly quantities. I just placed my 1st order for ShopRite at home for delivery so a quick tip, you must place your order before Thursday if you want Saturday delivery. The ShopRite website was easy peasy it listed items that I purchased in the past 6 months (Thanks to Price Plus Club Card) so it was simple to build up my grocery list. I will be writing another review if my items get delivered and the same items I took a pic of and complained about the lack of qty. are not there because they are sold out AGAIN. Fingers crossed ! After Tuesday (If I remember) I will post another review and then I may give it 5 stars.

The Bakery is terrible. I ordered a birthday cake from this Shoprite more than a week prior to my daughters birthday party. They told me they had the kit to make the cake and took my order no problem. On the day of the party, one hour before my pick up time for the cake they called to say they had a concern. The concern was that they didnt have the right kit to make the cake, couldnt get it in time and that they went ahead and made me something similar to what I ordered. When I got there, the cake was UGLY! Not at even remotely close to my order. The colors of the frosting were terrible and didnt match. And since they didnt have the right stuff for the cake, they used a digital image of the Disney character my daughter chose. It was terrible. The picture was not good and the placement was off completely. Aside from the completely wrong cake, what really got me the most upset was that they did not give me any options. By not calling to tell me that there was a problem until an hour before, I had no choice but to take the ugly cake. They were not professional at all and I will never order anything from their bakery again.

This Shoprite is a little smaller then most I have gone to but the convenience of its location and ease of check out, more then make up for the size. At times they do not carry or run out of a product I need but the customer service help is terrific and the people working there are extremely nice. The meat is very fresh and for the most part so is the produce. I have had times purchased lettuce which has spoiled way before the expiration date and looked a little brown in the bags. I would definitely recommend this Shoprite to others.

Definitely a smaller shop rite, but I go there for the convenience. ..their cold cut counter is weird, you cant actually see the meats. ..looks like their bakery stinks, they dont have as much as a larger shop rite. ..but if you need a few things, theyre ok to run in and out. ..they also close at 930...

This place used to be fantastic. What happened? Im on the longest line because its the only cashier lane! The other two are express lanes and they only have 2 self serve lanes open (with a huge line at the self serve lanes). Its taking forever to get out of here. I feel like Im being held hostage. :-(

This is my local grocery store. It seems to always be packed and in typical ShopRite fashion the aisles are all narrow. The people are friendly and helpful so that makes up for a lot. However sale items are usually hard to find in stock and Im always back to the counter for a rain check.

This Shoprite is small but I usually get everything I need in this place. I always like the odd sale items that go on sale like that time I bought a Keurig Coffee system for cheap. I always laugh because they sell TVs here too for cheap, as long as youre not picky. :)

Terrible store. Mismanaged. Many products on shelf are past expiration date. I prefer store in Bound Brook. This is the worst Shop Rite Ive been in. They need neighborhood competition. Then the store would be empty of customers!

I am very happy with the butcher there. I have been asking all over, even Whole Foods if they could get me veal heart and kidney but nobody other than the butcher at the Franklin ShopRite actually got me some. Thanks so much!

Download the app. Your Shoprite card is right on there & you can load your coupons on there too. See checkout is your friend as long as youre not stuck behind someone who doesnt know how to use one

It is trying to become a world class market but they still have a lot of work to meet that goal. Alot of stuff on shelf dates are old. Management needs to check shelf too see what customer see.

Terrible, meat section completely cleared out had to wait for the butcher to show up from break. Produce section is large with minimal selection. Always waiting in a checkout line.

A bigger than usual ShopRite, very clean, better organized and less crowded aisles than the usual Shop Rite, a better than average example of its brand. Thats why 4 stars.

Very cleaned, the lines go by fast and all the fruits and vegetables are fresh, the take out food delicious my favorite the oven roasted chicken juice and tender....yummy

The worst deli ever. Servers are dirty and always chatting amongst themselves. Orders are always wrong. Whole place is dirty cluttered. Have complained twice to no avail.
