I got to this pathetic store 10 minutes after 8am, proceeded to the pharmacy counter to purchase my allergy medication.Now I am only person there standing where it says pickups by the register. Granted there was only 1 person working behind the counter.After 10 minutes of waiting there were 2 other people behind me. After another 5 minutes the woman behind me walks over to the pharmacist and asks her if she could pick up her prescription in the drop off area. So what do you think the pharmacist does? she starts taking care of the woman who was in line behind me.When I asked what was going on she replied I will be with you in a minute. I stated i was first and waiting patiently that I had to get back to work after 18 minutes of being ignored. at that point she just ignored me more. I waited 5 more minutesI just dropped the other items I had in my hands and walked out. This store blows. I am making a formal complaint with their cooperate office... avoid this disgrace of a store…

A Private User

This place is right on the corner of Mt Vernon and Main St. I go here once in a while if Im in the area, to pick up a few necessities. But whenever I am there I always find myself having to pay at the photo center because there are no registers open. There is only one line, but many customers. This causes long waiting times, and angry customers. I was just there today and every lane was closed again, there were cigarette cartons where the registers were, and register closed signs. I had to pay at the photo center, and as I was paying I looked back and saw a group of 7 customers waiting to pay, and a man in crutches in the back of the line getting impatient and verbally expressing it. This store needs a MAJOR clean up, and better management. I like go to CVS, but not this particular one.

I love Ridgefield Parks CVS. So glad that its available to my town. Rob and Vincent, the managers, are super great. Rob walked my ma through developing her pictures step by step, and was so kind and considerate to her. He made her feel valued as a customer and I am grateful to him for that. Vincent is always smiling and just so kind. One of the best managers Ive seen in action. All the friendly cashiers greet as you come in and make you feel so welcomed. The prices of CVS may be high at times, but, if you stack store and manufacturers coupons, you can find many bargains -- and, again, you cant beat it for the service. Its a place that makes you glad that you stopped by.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and polite. They go the extra mile to help you. I love that I get a txt message when my medicine is ready so I dont have to wait around and that I always find what Im looking for. They have private parking lot but sadly since the town started charging meter parking, customers of near by restaurants or the Dr. office across the street park at the CVS lot making it difficult sometimes to go inside store.

The pharmacist just spent 5 minutes telling us how other CVSs lied about having the medication WE HAVE Rx for and talked down to us like we are drug addicts. Refused to fill Rx the day before surgery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THE PHARMACIST HERE.

They have to be the worst store in NJ. The lines are long and they never have any items in the baby section. I guess they havent learned how to restock shelves. Get a new manager please or close down a Duane Reade might be better.

One of 4 CVS in what seems to be a 5 mile radius. Their photo printer is always down just like the others. The manager is fantastic. He always seems to be helping out his team when a line forms.

Visited the pharmacy today, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. They helped me with my prescription and even call my doctor to make a suggestion to save me money. Love this place.
