Ive been a CVS Customer for over 20 years at the Kinderkamack Rd., Montvale, NJ 07645 location. Over the past 2 years I have seen a steady deterioration in customer relations. They have fired or "let go" some of their very finest pharmacy employees that made it tolerable to be there despite the poor management. Ive been working and going to special training classes and only today finally had the time to go and get my prescription. The pharmacy was CLOSED at 4:50pm ! They have been 24/7 for the past few years without a change. Now they are closing down early without a sign being put up to let people know of the upcoming change? This is a very disrespectful, disparaging way to treat customers who have loyally been filling their subscriptions there for a very long time. You have definitely LOST this customer. Obviously, you do not think this will make much of a difference to your customers. You are wrong. I was not the only upset customer to discover the pharmacy closed . Upon my return home, I went onto your CVS site to find the pharmacy hours are until 6:00 PM. Not only are you closing earlier without warning, you are closing earlier than the pharmacy hours state on line for that store. Shame on you. You have lost this families business.

One star is too much credit. Incompent pharmacists that dont verify anything in your script if they have a problem reading your doctors writing. Put it through the system. Then give you a BS method of fixing it when you find out they have you the wrong amount. Then send you in a vicious circle with your Dr and the pharmacy. I will never use them again. And think all their rude and incompetent pharmisists should be fired
