Dropped medication off at 12:50. Picked it up at 5 pm . when I first dropped my medication off I was told in a hour it would be ready. I went around 3pm and was told it still wasnt ready. I also Wasnt notified that one of my medications wasnt available and when I was told it was only because I called. Im not sure if the staff is understaffed but I do recall multiple people in line on my first visit and also multiple people sitting on my second visit.

I was in the drive-thru waitting for someone to help me it took 10 minutes for someone to show up to the window to ask if i was beeing helped, gave him my name & DOB and waitted another 25 minutes to get the medication that it was suppose to be ready an hour before i arrived at cvs! Ridiculous

Worst customer service, rude pharmacy staff and the wait time to get someone on the phone is ridiculous. They dont care who is on the phone they are rude for no reason.
