If your a paying customer you should be allowed to use the restroom facilities. I think they discriminate against who they let use the restroom. Because of my health issues I have to use the restroom often and I refill my prescriptions at CVS even when I was self pay. I was denied by the pharmacist (of all people) should understand my restroom urgency.

24/7 is awesome - there is some confusion because pharmacy itself is not. there used to be chaos with whether the lines were individual or not but now they finally configured it so its obvious to people you wait on line and when it gets big they call more staff to the front. whichever manager finally did that should be treasured.
