I gave two stars because Im supposed to have a peaceful and good experience anytime Im come and shop here, but today it wasnt like that, with one exception, the lovely cashier. I was using my WIC checks and it is hard to find and pick the right products, ones that are allowed. So when I got to the cashier, I have a question about the milk, and the cashier try very nicely to help me figuring it out, but the woman in charge, i think, came and with a really bad attitude corrected me and the girl, didnt want to understand my question, and was just worried about the trouble they can get in if I get the wrong item. Then the same with the juice and didnt want to go with me to the aisle to show me which one I should get. She just was saying no no, this isnt and bla bla... The cashier trying to guess told me a brand and fortunately was the right one. The thing is that the instructions should be clear for everyone. If this company decided to be part of this state program, their employees need to fully understand what is it about to be able to help the customers. This was totally the managers fault and the entire company of course. Not the cashier. People need to be trained correctly and try at least to be nicer.

The place is so rude unprofessional! The Manager are so unprofessional, they report for stupid reasons only good thing good that they have is their cold cuts Boars Head thats it but theyre too pricy! They have a low amount of carts when you go in there! Theres a fat girl that works in the Deli who is so stupid and naive and the manager there is so Bias! The pay is not even minimum wage its $8.38 an hour and practically they use you all they can then try to find excuses to get rid of you complete garbage this place never again!!!

Located only a few minutes from their main rival in the area, ShopRite, Shop & Save might as well be on a different planet! While ShopRite focuses more on a congested, discount atmosphere, Shop & Stop is larger, and feels much more so, with wide aisles and a shopping experience diametrically opposed to the claustrophobic one found at their main competitor.

Carriages were removed from pharmacy side of the store indoors. Very inconvenient for people to have to turn around and go outside to get a carriage.
