This store is horrendous and pretentious. I called after accidentally leaving an item, during paying for the item, and was on the phone for 30 minutes while they treated me like a thief, reviewing the camera footage. When I asked to pick the item up at another store, they kept just saying they were closed---It was 4 minutes after their 8:00pm Saturday night closing time(Every other store in the area closes between 10 and midnight), and that the stores are now franchises and I will have to come back, even though the store is nowhere near me, and they had all of the records. Eventually, this worked out to me having to go to the store the following day, as an hour round trip. Dear Wake-furn wake the eff up. If your price plus points are cross store, and you can see records from other stores, you should have also had access to this information. I am irate that I cant just go to my local store, which is open until midnight, and pick this item up.

A bit smaller with thin aisles, a produce section that lacks space and therefore variety, one feels crammed as they shop. The prices are great and the selection is solid in the grocery, dairy, and frozen foods. The workers are generally nice but the folks at the front desk spend a lot of time socializing and looking at each others phones. The lines at check out get especially busy and start wrapping around and it seems like they dont have nearly enough help even when they have most of the registers open. Overall, I try to avoid this store at certain times but as its on the way home, it is rather convenient and I can over look their deficiencies.

Hate this Shoprite. Even with remodel it feels super dirty and unorganized. I had a horrific time finding the few items I needed lapping the store 6 times and still didnt find everything that I needed. I will go 20 to 40 minutes out of my way to go to a different ShopRite if I have the time and avoid this one that happens to be on my way home from work

I have been a Chatham Shop from Home customer for over three years now, and the service has been exceptional! The manager, Tammy, goes out of her way to accommodate me, and the delivery people are very helpful and professional! I wouldnt think of shopping anywhere else.

Good overall. 3 good cashiers: old british guy, young white guy with buzzcut, and young tall black guy. Everyone else is AWFUL....like really slow, and they dont care about bagging properly. Stick with those 3 and youll be square

The Chatham Shoprite is a small store that has a small selection. Prices are good. I do not do my grocery shopping at any Shoprite store. My main grocery store is Stop & Shop but occasionally popping in here sometimes.

I found this particular shoprite is awful. The dirtiest and most expensive and inconvenient. The worst impression: scary black woman runs after you and shouting: "The store was closed 2 min ago! No cashes are open!" :)

A nice store with large selection but with a very old design and some strange configuration. You walk right into the fish , and have to weave your way around. Quite a few cashiers and very friendly service.
