I had the worst experience at this store. I purchased few toys at this store and wanted to pay with 2 gift cards as one of them is not enough to cover the purchase and handed over both the cards to the associate, she threw one of the cards in trash with out scanning it , when I saw the receipt and questioned her why the second card wasnt scanned she started arguing that I gave her only one card and was very rude with me. I clearly told her that I gave her 2 and asked her to search for the second one but she didnt. I literally had to search the cards from the trash myself and gave her to chk the balance and one of my cards with a balance of 16$ Was in the trash And the worst part is she didnt even apologize for what ever she did. I was in a rush and had to leave the store. I should have at least got the issue to store Managers attention. I really felt humiliated and treated very bad.

Went to this store because online website for ToysRUs sated they had item in stock, they did not! So I ordered it and had to buy my 5 year old something at store anyway because he was with me and of course did not want to wait. Received wrong item in mail and Ugggghhhh it was a Lego version of the item my son wanted. Of course my sone wnate me to put it ogtehr anyway...BIG mistake and should have returned right away.....took 6 hours to put together, took 10 minutes for hime to break apart and now it sits in a box on a shelf in pieces. Will never use this store again

Bought a bike for my son last week. The price was good and the salesman Tony was excellent. He advised me to bring my son Marcus in because even though I told him I wanted to buy a 20 in he said that I needed to make sure my son knew how to use the gears. Not only did I end up buying a 18 in. Tony also serviced the bike for us. Great service from him and courteous cashier Manny really made my purchase well worth it. Thanks to Tony for being a great professional. If I were their bosses Id give them a raise and bonuses.

4 people working in the entire store. No one working in the electronics department. Lines up the aisles. At the main register, the cashier wouldnt let me buy a Steam giftcard with my Toys R Us giftcard even though there are no such restrictions printed on the Toys R Us giftcard. The cashier just told me, "NO! Thats an unwritten rule!" HORRIBLE!! Hopefully, theyll put themselves out of business soon enough with crappy service and made up rules!

Hugo the manager is GREAT. The level of customer service he gives is so refreshing. I have been calling and driving around looking for the Paw Patrol Patroller. When I called they had it and were very helpful. Hugo went as for as to giving my son suggestions to put on his list for Santa. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Other locations have actual merchandise. Went here for supersoakers and a blow up pool for my kiddies in early July and they did not have any in stock. Okay...the Secaucus store had them in stock and it is a much smaller store. I do not understand how a Toys R Us could not have freaking water guns in the summer? I get it that stuff can sell out, but really...talk about dissappointing.

Sandra the so called manager did not want to return an item for my sister. Do not shop at this location! They suck at customer service and and have no respect either! chose a different location, they never have the items that they say anyways and if they do not carry the item they wont return it. What happened to pleasing the customer the one who pays Sandras salary?

I always overlooked the Route 4 Toys R Us compared to Route 17, but now I never will. The staff has the best customer service and I experienced if just minutes ago trying to get my babys milk formula minutes before the store was going to close. Thanks to helpful employees like Doug who go beyond the call of duty, my child has milk to drink.

Worst customer service ever! I had the most terrible employee at checkout line. I was trying to use coupon with purchasing diapers. The lady at the checkout was rude and unknowledgeable on store promotions. I was humiliated by the clerk with using coupon which she was not able to scan. Not going there anymore.

Worse experience ever! I think Ill stick to purchasing from other stores. . . The young lady at the customer service/ online pickup desk was very rude because I had many questions, but if you dont want to deal with customers, dont work in customer service! Now I see why the franchise is going bankrupt.

well i went to look for a legos toy..and the girl looked o. the computer and it said you have it in the store, yet couldnt find it ..asked for help and they couldnt find it..alittle frustrating. not looking to go back there anytime soon..the item was lego 70353

Workers not willing to help you find what you need. Asked an employee where a certain toy was and he said they didnt have any left at all. With a little more walking around with a friend, we eventually found what we were looking for, no thanks to the staff

Pleasw display the correct pricing for the customers. It is annoying to have to go to Price Check Machine to discover the final price. Customers shouldnt have to be running around looking for correct price. It creates a bad customer experience.

Great toy store for most of the current toys and even exclusive toys . Sadly my 6 year old son was looking for Syndrome from the INCREDIBLES and none were in-stock . So now searching the internet for Syndrome delivered to my door.

A bit on the small side, and some areas of store a bit disorganized, but overall a pleasant experience. Employees did not hover but were there if you needed someone. Lines were a bit long but not unbearably.
