The big popular Christmas toy this year hard to get is the Hatchable egg toy. So I went to This Toys r Us on Richmond Ave and surprised I was 4th in line before they open at 8am. The 1st lady was there with her mother & she told me she spoke with a manager going in n said pls come back n let me know if you dont have them so Im not waiting 2 hours for nothing. He never came back giving her the idea they had them. Fail! When he open the doors we asked where they were n he said they dont have them! He said he wasnt gonna lose his job in telling us he didnt have the toy. I dont understand how he would lose his Job by simply stating to this lady ahead of time they didnt have any. Very disappointing.

My daughters and I went to a signing for the Dudley boys, this store and manager are not experienced enough to run such and event. The advertisement said only the first 250 people will get signatures, the line was wrapped around the building with no workers from toys r us watching so people were letting all their friends in, then people were sneaking in the back door and getting signatures while the rest of patiently waited . They didnt give you a wristband until you got to the front door... If the manager had any brains he would have handed out the wristbands as people were on line then there would be no cutting... Most horrible event I went to ... Very poorly organized!!!!!

I made the mistake of buying a bike for my son here. I paid for assembly and warranty.They told me come and get it on Fri, it wasnt ready. Then they said a week later. My son was disappointed. When we finally get it, he rides it a total of ten minutes when the pedal just falls off. I go back to the store. In five min. they give me another bike, clearly a floor model. THis one he rides 1 whole day before the chain comes off completely and its impossible to put back on so now I am taking to a repair shop. Horrible experience.

Said thomas trains were 2 for 30 bucks. When i tried buying the 2nd pair, they said it supposed to be between 22 and 25 bucks but everything was around 28 buvks. Made me n my 4 yr old run back and forth made him cry everytime we had to put down a train to try to find 1 between 22 to 25 bucks. At the end after 30 minutes when they seen my frustration the manager said ok for the 28 bucks after i said leave everything im going to TARGET. Very bad customer service. Manager is horrible.

The service at this Toysrus is for the most part equitable. But from recent experience, Ive had a partisan service from its manager Chris. He refused to price match an item according to his prior knowledge against the clear truth and facts stated by other employees and the Toysrus website. I would suggest shopping at this Toysrus but take caution to the juvenile customer service of the manager Chris.

Went to Toys R Us on Richmond Av. for my grandsons birthday gift. CAMILLE at the customer service counter was very helpful in finding the product I was looking for. She was patient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

I go occasionally get my little pony plushies that go very well with my anime body pillows. The yugioh cards are top notch, I even got a first edition summoned skull from it. I love this place.

Slowest. Always only 1 or 2 registers open. No one on the floor to help. There are always customers yelling for help and searching for sales associates on the floor.

If you order online and you get there before its ready you could pick up the items and just tell customer service that youre there so you can be seen sooner

Of all the Toys R Us stores in Brooklyn and Staten Island, this is the best one to visit. Its big and as organized as can be for a childrens toy store.

My niece and nephew live it here. I loved it here as a kid. Its Toys R us, what else can you say about it? Its in a great location on Richmond Avenue.
