The store itself is huge, bright and neat. My daughter loves coming here to browse! I did have a not so great check out experience last week. The fact that there was a huge line in the customer service area with no regular cashiers available for those of us making a purchase was frustrating. I was next in line when a cashier asked anyone making a regular purchase could come up, I raised my hand and said "yes I am". Naturally a courteous person would take the next person in line but not in this case. People who were behind me stampeded to her leaving me in the back now. I was not happy and the cashier could care less.

This is a brand new store, re-did the layout and revamped it for the 21st century. They definitely have a lot more appealing layout to attract kids to certain sections, and everything is well organized and aimed to impress. Employees seem helpful and friendly, and willing to show off some of the toys they carry. I come here when i need something for my niece or young cousins since i know ill find something, and can ask for suggestions.

Customer service is horable and Al the manager is very inconsiderate to the customer issues that may arise through the day if you want to get some real help look for bell she is very nice and tried to get me and my wife help twice from Al and he kept blowing her off and she had to apologize for his actions so dont shop there if you really dont need to

This is by far the best Toys R Us in the area. Its been completely remodeled to be one of their stores of the future, and it really shows Toys R Us is invested in their customer experience. The staff are very helpful, and it really feels like a different experience compared to other locations.

Ever since they redid the store and transformed it into a 21st century toy store, people have finally started shopping here again. Its always fully stocked with the latest and greatest toys and video games plus lots of baby items... A huge thumbs up on the renovations.

Toy store, gas all toys and games one can want. Though staff doesnt have much knowledge of items in store or where products are. There Usually a wait to ask a question at customer service and in store pickup is confusing and nobody around to help you

UPDATE: This Toys R Us has reopened as of November 7, 2015. It is no longer a Toys R Us / Babies R Us, as the store eliminated the Babies R Us section. NOT CLOSED! This Toys R Us is undergoing renovations and will reopen on November 7, 2015.

They remodeled so they look nice now. Thats about it, nothing outstanding about the place. I like to look for rare things like hard to find video games or Legos, but can never find them here.

I went to buy a bike it was broke i drived all the way from lakewood i tried to put a desposite they wouldnt give me the bike and the lady who attended me wasnt nice DONT GO THERE
