We did not have a pleasant experience. We went to find and purchase a battery operated car for our niece as it was her 4th birthday. We asked for the Barbie Jeep Wrangler which was on display and they mentioned it was out of stock, so we asked if it can have it shipped to the recipient and unfortunately that was not possible as well, b/c they dont have anymore left at any of the stores. She then continued ahead and said this product is completely discontinued. We asked if we can buy the floor model, which was not possible as well. We lastly asked her about another battery operated car & that if any were available. They were also sold out. These cars are priced at $250-$500. They did not have any cars available. This fueled an already irate customer. To finally add more, we found something small such as a jigsaw puzzle and stood in line, they then chose to help everyone else except me this made things more prejudice than I expected. I would never return to this store or spend my money there. PS - Be careful electric sockets are open, dont let your child wander aimlessly.

Manager was rude.. I was approved for a 500 credit card.. I wanted to purchase a 200 gift card. He said he can only approve it for 100. I asked him maybe bc it was a temp credit card that was he case.. however I asked him maybe it only will take 100 at a time and if he could ring it up again when I know in fact that would have worked. He would not even try when Im the one thats approved and shopping in his store He was rude and pretty much told sorry better luck next time.

A majority of the staff is kind and sweet. Especially Nicholas at Customer Service. The store is almost always clean year round and theres always a smile around the corner of each Aisle. The customers are not always nice but there are many kind and sweet customers who add to the shopping experience as well as the Retail employeement experience. Ive grown up with this Toy Store and I am proud to have been a Toys R Us kid.

Extremely bad customer service and rude staff which you cannot rely on. Dont bother spending your money there unless you want an argument. They switched out my reserved item with something else and when I called, they were acting like nothing happened. They went on to being persistent and put me on hold more than ten times.

Clean, friendly, large. Would be 5 stars but selection of very popular things isnt kept up enough. I think buyers need to over estimate quantities on popular items. This isnt the first time they were out of what I was looking for.

Its the only "true" toy store in the area without going to a Wal-Mart or K-Mart for toys. It is always brightly lit and the environment is welcoming for kids.

Walked around the store for 10 minutes looking for an employee. The only one we found was working the register. Obviously a great selection of toys.
