Avoid this specific location! Babies R Us in general has great stores, but this particular one has many problems. Wife went to use the bathroom and there was feces on the floor and not one stall had a toilet that wasnt filthy and unusable. Reported it to management, they showed minimal interest at best. Another visit and it was still filthy. Tried to use the Mothers Room and the smell from the previous uses was unbearable and the room was filthy, had broken furniture, walls were in bad shape, overall feeling was uncomfortable, and it smelled like someone smeared their kids diapers over every wall. Foolish as I was to enter once again to grab an emergency item, they refused a coupon saying it was only a Toys R Us coupon even though the restrictions on the back were all Babies R Us items and Toys R Us owns Babies R Us. Went to their supposed customer service and the first girl couldnt answer why they couldnt take their own coupon (checked date, item restrictions on back, etc.) could not answer and called over a manager. This woman who came over with a nasty attitude gave the same excuses without explanation and when my wife persisted by asking for clarification, she proceeded to ignore my wife and talk to me like she didnt exist. My wife, who was never rude or raise her voice, pointed out that Buy Buy Baby accepts their coupons AND Toys R Us coupons, even if expired, and asked why they wont accept their own coupons when another company does, to which this "manager" yelled "they are not our competitor" (really???), rolled her eyes, and walked away! My wife was so upset, that when we needed our car seat a week later, we drove out to Long Island to Buy Buy Baby and spent $500+ there and another $100 at the Babies R Us nearby which we otherwise would have spent at this location. Then we went back to this location for what is absolutely the last time to return several hundred dollars worth of merchandise previously bought at this location, and the same manager did the transaction...all while having a personal telephone conversation. It is worth the gas money and time to shop at a civilized location that is clean, has better selections, and far superior customer service skills. Even in an emergency, we will not be returning here. The Erskine Street Babies R Us location works well enough to suffice between trips to Long Islands Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us.

Went there today to exchange birthday gifts for my children. The person behind the register was rude and would not take anything back. the reason for the return we have those same toys we were looking to exchange for a different toy of the same if not more value. all I heard was nope everytime I asked a question. I shop in this store every single Friday. I have returned items 100 times with no receipt and was always given human respect. But not today. Ok no problem. Take my kids to pick out something else they may want because now I have a bag full of toys they have already and we are in toys r us and they are indeed kids. I come across a man in a yellow shirt I thought maybe he was some sort of "boss" but NOPE he was just a dick with a yellow shirt and glasses who told me to take my business elsewhere as if he owned the store. Which Im 1000% sure he does not. If I was coming off as a jerk I could understand someone speaking to me in that manner. I was just simply double checking what I was told at customer service and I was told to shop elsewhere. Believe me I will.

The manager was so obnoxious and rude it was disgusting.... the store can be packed and still maybe only 2 or 3 registers open while theyre just employees lingering around in groups laughing and having conversations... most other employees are walking around some on their phones nobody knows were anything is or can direct you to somebody that does.... everything is in the wrong place... Items are questionably overpriced... Shopping in toys r us is usually a great experience as I remember as a child but they have ran this specific one on Bay Parkway in Brooklyn Ny into the ground its a shame.. its a disgrace and something really should be done until it does I will never return. I bought a disney princess toddler bike that was really cute, get to the register and the male cashier scans a coupon for $5 off and never even mentions to me that he saved me money which I thought was poor customer service then I look at target the next day and see they carry the same thing at a much lower price so I go back to toys r us and ask if they can price match target so I dont have to go there instead and customer service tells me they only price match their own online site only! Imagine that crap, so now im going to return my item and Ill never shop there again since they dont price match their compettitors! They lost my bussiness, ill go somewhere else for my four childrens toys!

The Store is a mess you have tons of items in the wrong area. The Associates Have no clue what going when you ask for help. You have other employees on there cell phones. The checkout is the slowest. You have two lines open with maybe 10 people on each line. The Managers are rude and disgusting! They need to hire more people and give the proper training need for the position applied for. Insure that products are in the accurate place with the correct pricing! It Use to be a great place to shop with My kids now it terrible.

I order the ash grey closet and crib and when I arrived home I realized they gave me a dresser and not the closet. You can imagine how frustrating that can be when you paid $100 for a truck to take it to your house. However I got in contact with Gerard a manager at this location and he went above and beyond to make sure I recieve what I ordered and have the wrong item picked up. He was extremely professional and detailed to make sure we didnt get anything wrong this time.

Calling for customer service is useless. Either the workers are grumpy or simply keep transferring your call amongst each other. Regardless of how many times you call or how long you explain to them what you are looking for, it will always end with something like "oh sorry, youre gonna have to come in and check yourself". The WHOLE point of calling ahead to check their stock is to AVOID the hassle of going back and forth to the damn place -_-

Bought a remote controlled motorcycle as a gift only to find out it wasnt functional. To make things worse, it was missing pieces and the rubber tires had signs of wear. Went back to replace it, only to find out that the last one on the shelf was in even worse condition!!! Obviously the manager denied selling used toys but clearly thats a common practice there. Might as well save your money and go to a flea market for second hand toys!
