Its your everyday average AutoZone. I gave 4 stars instead of the average 3 because there was a guy there that was more then happy to answer my long list of questions about mechanics and knew what he was talking about. They have a parking lot right on Tonelle which isnt bad. There location can be a bit hard to spot when your driving at 40mph since there parking lot driveway is connected directly to Tonelle. Also during rush hour if your in the wrong lane and miss the entrance to the driveway its a pain to get back around into the AutoZone. Other then that, great place.

Went in for new windshield wipers and because my turn signal light was dead and received the best service. Herbert was extremely knowledgeable in helping me choose the right wipers and he even took the time to assist with the replacement of the bulbs and wipers, but first making sure the inside of the store wasnt being neglected. Professional customer care!

I went for an engine light check, the girl at the cashier said that she couldnt leave the store with one person bacuse there was only 2 of them working, but the truth is that there was 3 employees there. I Also stated that I wanted to purchase the items I needed... but all I got was a "come back later"

This place is understaffed and only a select few employees are actually helpful. Its really hit or miss. Sometimes you can be in and out in a couple of minutes, other times youll be here for 30+ minutes.

Store closed 10 minutes before its actual closing hour. Its even worse when the store associate area us pull in to a space, locks the door, then run to the back.
