I cannot recommend anyone visit this store, almost all the employees are uneducated in their jobs, if you must visit this store speak to no one else other than John, hes very professional, polite and will do whatever he can to make you happy. Overall though I recommend you take the extra 15 minute drive to rockaway mall and visit the att store in the mall, the att in the mall is a true corporate store and everyone there is nice and they know exactly what they are doing, theyre even the ones to point out that att newton forgot to add insurance to my phone even though I specifically asked for it, luckily I was still within the month. Lastly when I needed to exchange a phone because the original I bought wasnt working the authorized att dealer in Newton were unable to help, the best they can do they told me was to give me a new number with a new account, which is ridiculous. On the other hand the corporate store in the mall helped me out with no problems at all with a smile on their face, they exchanged my phone with a new one within 10 minutes

This was my second trip to the store, to see the same salesperson! Last night he told me the manager would be bringing in more stock & perhaps I could have a choice of color rather than take what was in stock! Today I waited almost 40 minutes for thesalesperson (who was helping someone else at the time) which did not bother me, he did acknowledge we were there & that he should be done in about 10 minutes. When a young girl walked in (about 30 minutes after my arrival, salesperson acknowledged her and said oh this is an easy fix and started working on her phone......needless to say....the store lost a customer who was purchasing a new Iphone 6s plus (750.00 approximately)....... Oh and the manager was walking around putting stock away...while I continued to wait.....pretty poor customer service!

The store manager Jimmy and general manager Mark are both great leaders and offer tremendous value in for Sussex County. This local store is a true pearl in the community and the employees are always eager come for help and deliver excellent customer service all the time. They have a well trained and tremendous new stuff and remodeled store! I always recommend this store to my friends and family!

Nice place but they claim that ATT charges $15 per SIM card which is funny because ATT 800 customer service said to just pick one up locally free of charge. They also didnt even have any SIM cards in stock which is pretty lame considering their business is to keep customer connected to ATT. This isnt the first time this store has been disappointing.

I was lied to about my promotion deal I got. Also they sold me a device I didnt need because they didnt explain the way my new phone worked all the way even though I was asking the right questions so I had to return the second device with in the aloud time and they wanted me to pay for it since they failed to do their job! I hate to go to that store

Just got home from having our new Galaxy 8+ phones activated. The staff, Kerin & Michelle couldnt have been more kinder, knowledgeable and patient. They made our experience effortless. Their customer service is A+. Had a great experience and will return. Thanks again, Kerin and Michelle. You two are the best.

Im not the best when it comes to technology so whenever I have an issue , I come to this local community store and they always are helpful and eager to take the time to teach me and resolve any issue I have. The staff is excellent and the store is highly recommendable!

If you want to buy something its the place to go. If you are having a problem with your equipment, stay away. they want to sell you something rather than fix. I opted for a $12 solution I found online rather than buying a $600 new phone. A simple battery and charger.

Mark Castro (the owner) & his team are the best in New Jersey/New Jersey area. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I dont go anywhere else but here for my AT&T service. Highly recommend anyone check them out especially if your considering switching.
