Im not a huge fan of this shop rite. it has a very confusing setup, not the cleanest of stores, & I swear the shortest amount of time Ive waited on line to be rung up was about 8 minutes. Even the self check out isnt much faster. I returned some beanie babies my daughter didnt need the other day & nobody was in front of me in line, but I had to wait 5 minutes for the 2 women working at customer service to finish their conversation to be helped. Once they decided to do their job, it took the women waiting on me 15 mins to do a return of 4 items. I had the receipt & had paid cash, the reason it took so long is because she kept stopping what she was doing to gossip with the other women working with her. It was very aggravating. I only go in this shop rite if I absolutely have to.

Wandered around this supermarket 4 a little longer than 2 hrs. I was Pleasantly surprised to find a large Variety of prepared food that looked Delicious, and since I purchased a Lot of it, I can say it also tasted wonderful. I found the store well-laid-out, clean & the employees were polite and knowable of product Location and cooking options. I was Spotted by the young man on cart Duty in the parking lot. He followed Me to my car, unloaded my cart and Parked it where it belonged. I watched Him for a couple of minutes as he diligently went about his job with a Smile on his face and a bounce in his step. He is definitely a keeper!

Just moved here was not impressed at all Big store a lot of the shelves were empty or not stocked. Wanted to get Perdue thin sliced chicken there wasnt any at all. The meat counter was not impressive at all, small variety. Lots of hot and cool foods Was nice, but that was not what I when there for. seemed like the store was in a disarray like nobody knew what they were Supposed to be doing. oh well maybe it was just a bad day. I guess Ill have to try the ShopRite over on route 36 see how they are. most likely I will be back to your store again to see how it is.

Kind of got lost here a couple of times when navigating throughout the store but if youve been to this place a few times you will get used to the layout. This is one of the few Shop Rites where the people are nice and helpful. Store was clean and bright. Other than that, it is a grocery store with a semi-decent variety of choices (with my silly but quite specific dietary needs I still would be able to get by given the choices)

Was one of the nicest stores in Monmouth County to store is always clean you can always find everything youre looking for if you have a problem people at the front desk with more than willing to help you out, so if youre looking for fresh fish and good things to eat stop at our local ShopRite and have a great day first day of the summer thank the Lord. This shop rite is very convenient, located not far from where we live and offers a great selection. It includes both club size products and a complete kosher experience section. The people at the kosher experience are always helpful and there are many options from fresh meats and fish to dairy to frozen. A true one stop shopping option.

Great store and staff. Terrible parking lot. The parking lot at this store is like something you would find in a third world country and getting worse. It is in urgent need of a resurface. It seems the potholes and bumpy surface are all that remain. If something is not done, I most likely will look elsewhere to shop.

They adhere to the short item line. If you are waiting with more than 6 items, you must wait till others with lesser items register. The do-it--yourself registers work and an employee is always there if assistance is needed. All employees are familiar where each item is located. Larry from Asbury

I know they are redoing this store but my last few visits were a nightmare ! They should do this work when its not that busy like at night ! Not only is everything in different spots but then you have all the workers in the isles trying to stock shelves! Very frustrating!

In the process of remodeling frozen and cold foods. Looks more appealing then previous design, and appears to be more food choices then before. Items I dont see in other local stores. Will shop there more often now.

I had to get used to this shop rite lay out. I do like shopping here but I dont come often...The lady who works in the Liquor Store part of the Shop-Rite is a bit nasty not friendly.... then again she is old....

They were rearranging aisles and moved all their canned vegetables back to their wholesale back room with temporary shelving and only stocked basics. They werent able to locate butter beans :(

The people in the meat department are always helpful and nice. The store should encourage the usage paper bags by putting the out so they can be used though, I always have to ask for them.
