Stop messing around with other locations and go see Mai. She was able to assist with a troublesome Next upgrade that wasnt working (thanks to their insurance provider Asurion). Mai was also very transparent throughout the entire process and the workaround that needed to occur. She is also very good at discussing other features and devices that might interest you based on your own style.
