Came in at 1:20 on a Saturday. The place was busy but I was seated immediately at a 4-top even though I was dining alone. Waitress came seconds after I sat down asking what if like to drink. I hadnt even had time to figure out where drinks were listed on the menu. I asked for a water and she came back seconds later with my water asking to take my order. I still wasnt sure but felt rushed so I picked the first thing in front of that looked goof. My food arrived and the runner told me it would be a moment for the biscuits and cornbread that accompanies the meal to come out. I waited. Wondering why my order was rushed if the kitchen was behind. I waited with my food untouched until my waitress finally returned and I could ask for butter to go with my unsalted unbuttered grits. She retirned with 8 packets of butter and 2 biscuits that she warned were too hot to eat. I proceeded to eat my rushed but now cold lunch. It wasnt very tasty.

I have been to Cracker Barrels all over the map this being the reason I seek them out to eat because we KNOW the food and serve is great......WELL not today!!!!! The worst food and service EVER. The waiter took our order and brought our drinks and never came back to fill them....I had to ask for the biscuits that come with my meal to be brought out, the chicken fried steak that I always get had the smallest amount of gravy on it I have EVER seen and was not properly prepared. My plate actually looked empty. I ordered Fried okra and it was so chewy I didnt eat it. The Waiter brought the biscuits no jelly didnt ask and NeVER came back so I couldnt ask him for jelly. When he finally came back I had finished eating and had been sitting for a while with an empty glass also. Once he came back I just asked for the check I was DONE and completely disappointed. Will not visit this Cracker Barrel ever again so sad I normally LOVE them.

Horrible, Samantha, the hostess was rude to every guest, she kept putting guests at bad tables when they were plenty of good ones to be had. Anthony was a one star, tried his best but was dropped six tables at one time and couldnt handle it, we waited 35minutes for our meals, which came out by another waitress who walked around dinning room trying to find the table it belonged to, never approaching us, went back to kitchen with it, then comes the manager who walks around us goes away and then comes back... Are you kidding me, food was good as usual but these folks dont know how to run a restaurant efficiently, even the cashier had a basket in the way of register, so we went to the open one when she appeared and said she would help us at the register that had the basket in the way.

Now this may come off as a sort of biased considering I do work here, but Cracker Barrel is truly THE place to go if you want quaint little meal in a home away from home environment. The staff is beyond nice and is always willing to lend a hand to those who are not truly satisfied with their visit. However food can tend to be a hit or miss, at least for me. While Im only personally partial to some of the food choices one cannot deny that there really is something for everyone, especially if you like southern cooking. So overall the staff is great, love em to death, and the establishment itself is clean and quaint, but for me the food is more of an acquired taste

Som de andre i samme kjede et bra sted å besøke. Godt utvalg av retter, servering i good old days. Et godt alternativ til andre kjeder. Salg av ting og tang, litt variasjon fra sted til sted. Har du ikke vært på en Cracker Barrel, ta en stopp og opplev dette stedet.

Biscuits at the end of the meal, yes please. Only one refill, yes please. No toilet paper in the ladies room for my pregnant wife that goes constantly, yes please. Im surprised our food came out in a decent time like it did. I understand people have their days, but the whole restaurant? Forgetting straws, having to ask for jelly with our biscuits which I thought was standard. All in all, Im disappointed in this restaurant.

This is the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered at a Cracker Barrel. I was greeted when I arrived. I was served promptly and with care. A staff member even stopped stocking items to go get me a basket in the store because she saw I was juggling items. The staff makes all the difference in a chain restaurant, and the one at Mount Holly Cracker Barrel is courteous and friendlyn and they care about their guests.

My Friend and I, were traveling back to Baltimore, on 95 S. We had endured about 90 minutes of bumper to bumper traffic, because of an overturned tanker, between Exit 6-7 on the Northbound Side of The Turnpike. We were Starving. Our waiter was named Cris, and he did an excellent job of providing for 2 over 60 women, with special palates!!! Our food was prepared just like we asked.

Very disappointed at the service here. I have come to like these restaurants, but I will never again return here. 30 minutes for a takeout order of a salad that was done incorrectly. I had to take it back to inform them that it was not the salad I ordered. This was on my second visit. The only reason I didnt give it one star is because the managers seem very caring. No urgency

The experience of going to this place is one that everyone should live through. The ambiance of being in an old style country living restaurant is very comfortable and friendly. The food was great, the service was quick and as kind as could be, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking the country dining experience.

If youre hankering for a relaxed atmosphere and good, old-fashioned comfort food -- or so near to that goal as modern corporate culture can reasonably deliver -- then Cracker Barrel is the place to go. This location is pretty typical of those Ive seen, with somewhat variable table service and cleanup (Pro Tip: Dont look down until *after* your meal).

had breakfast... lots of food! Some of it came out cold. The french toast was really good. They give you a plate of butter on the table, and it is rock solid cold. Not sure why any restaurant does this. Love looking around the store afterward. Some of the items were on sale. They have ALOT of old time candies that you cant get anywhere else.

The food is reasonably priced, quite tasty (personal opinion), and service is super quick. Anyone who has visited any of the other restaurants knows what to expect from this location, which makes the entire chain something that all the other chain restaurants should strive to achieve: quality food at a reasonable price with excellent service

Cracker Barrel is synonym of comfort food. If you are tired or hungry while traveling , stop at a Cracker Barrel and recharge your batteries. The food collection is great. Serving breakfast all day long. The shop is a diversion apart. Its impossible not to find something interesting. All these with a good price. I love it!
