im a Millburn resident for the past 16 years, i really enjoy the convenience and good deals of the store, however, on saturdays, like today, when is kind of busy your cashiers are plain rude, nasty and give a lot of attitude I was there this morning and use the express line, where there was this old african american lady in the register, i didnt get her name but i know she is there forever, she bullied and judge me, challenging me and the patrons behind me, perhaps and like most of the customers there know her like me from many years let her be but i felt myself awful being mistreated by this nut job, who thinks that what she does is so important, she is a cashier and if she is bipolar or senile is not our fault, i saw her on other occasions doing the exact same to other customers in the past and i though it was outrageous-- management should talk to this woman and straight her up, and if she is tired or dont feel up for work put her to rest, we dont have to take her crap and i cant care less if that is the way she is or if she is the last dinosaur in Millburn shop rite …respect comes from both ways and some conducts are unacceptable

I GO EAT LUNCH THERE EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK, WHILE IN MY CAR A MONTH AGO, A CART CAME DOWN THE SLOPE HIT MY CAR MAKING THE GRILL LOSE PEICES, HOW DISSAPPOINTED I WAS TO FIND OUT HOW RUDE SHOP RITES INSURANCE ADJUSTOR GALLAGHER BASSETT WAS IN INFORMING ME SHOP RITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, END OF STORY, THE CLAIM IS FOR LOW $500 I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS ANSWER ESPECIALLY CAUSE OF THE RUDENESS AND ALSO THE SOUND OF PLEASURE I THOUGHT THE WOMAN HAD HER NAME IS AMANDA IN INFORMING ME THIS PRIOR TO HEARING THE STORY. I like this store a lot. Its small and easy to get around, more so than the one on 124. Im also often surprised at how many items they carry for their size. Boca crumbles? Yes. Persimmons? yes. petes coffee? yes. The people are helpful and many of them have been there for a while so they k now the store and will come to know you as well.

This Shoprite is always my go to market to get everything I need. The cashiers are always super nice. the manager is almost always there and she is really nice too. This is the closer ShopRite in Millburn and it is a little smaller than normal but it still has everything that you would need. I really have no complaints about this market.

Even though its not one of the newest or biggest stores, it is very quiet, no rowdy crowds, very clean, compact and very very friendly staff! Never crowded and all of the registers are always open making it easier to check out without waiting.

Not friendly for its small size you dont get a feeling of belonging especially the workers in the fish shop, very unfriendly and intimidating tends to just dismiss you. And the other staff are just invisible. What a business!!

I like that this is a Smaller ShopRite. Conveniently located. Knowledgeable staff. Well stocked products. Big watermelons on sale - outside to pick up as go in. Numerous check out lines. I was very satisfied.

Old store needs more registers, aisles are very narrow and tight. Managers are nice for the most part, good location right on main street but would be a lot better store if they were to upgrade this tiny store.
