The cashiers are annoying and act as if they dont know how to bag groceries. Im paying for my groceries and I dont want them bagged improperly. Cold stuff together, dry stuff together.....Do not over bag. This one cashier gave me an attitude because I suggested she not over bag my stuff. She did whatever she wanted and guess what? The bag handle popped on my way from my car to my doorstep and a bottle of juice busted. Yep a big mess to clean and it couldve been prevented had the cash register did her job. That bottle of juice was $6.00. Wait, theres more ..... I bought some plums and theyre all disgusting. I bit into 3 of them and they were brown and rotten tasting inside. Yeah, I paid $8.00 for them. The store looks nice but the items are over priced, not that many organic items and the cashiers are ridiculous.

I usually feel extremely welcome when I come into this loction. But today when I entered though the Clark bar I encountered 3 very rude employees, I entered through there because I am a woman who is 9 months pregnant & I really needed to use the rest room. I was harassed by two employees to go use another bathroom while I waited to use the bathroom which wasnt even clean when I finally used it. And afterwards when I was finished my husband told me how one employee said to another something of me & stared at him. I dont understand how its so hard to let a pregnant woman use the bathroom without being harassed of it, its not as if they clean & maintain it to be mad of me using it when they dont even take their time to clean it in the first place . It was a very extremely petty situation.

I rate this 4* because I actually fell upon this by accident! I didnt know it was here! My plan was to hit up Acme, but noticed it here through Google maps! Living in an urban area and having to travel outside to 6 different stores for quality wholesome foods is a strain! I was giddy while shopping! The prices are great! I can now gain my weight back after switching from GMOs! Wild caught scallops? What? Its on and popping! Only one supermarket....this is the one! I know its horrible to say, but thank you Trader Joes roof collapse in Westfield! The location in this area has changed dramatically over the last 10-12 years! Just amazed! Blew me away! Thank you wholesome, organic, *real* foods! Ill be back to rate 5*s Im sure!

Live in town and shop here regularly. Asked for contact for a donation for a benefit for a police officer and veteran who died in the line of duty. Didnt ask for money or anything crazy, just some bagels and juice for the registration process. No one responded. Emailed the person directly twice a week apart, no answer. Stopped at the to ask if they were on vacation they were not. Got directed to another website resource. Shame on Whole Foods for terrible at communication and lack of giving back to the community. Wouldnt even have cared if they said they could not do it! At least answer....guess these guys who died for our country didnt earn the common respect of an email....shame on you Whole Foods!

I love this Whole Foods, its always clean, the prices are a tad bit high for some things, but thats what you get when dealing with healthy and/or organic products. They have nice hot & cold food salad bars, but I love the fact that I can get a freshly made Turkey Burger which is delicious or a Smoothie for my post work-out snack, the only negative for me is that when I asked how many calories were in the Berry Blast Smoothie, the employee was unable to give me that information. Since my smoothie was one that was posted on their menu & not a "create your own smoothie" I think they should know the nutritional information; other than that, I enjoy this Whole Foods.

extremely poor service at this Whole Foods. At least 3 employees that I observed could use training. Very very sad that as customers we are expected to pay top dollar any time we enter this store and yet customer service is below par. I waited on line for like 7minutes with a bottle of water in my hand. An employee skipped me in line and I did not object....I fully understand when you have a small break. When the employee was done ringing the other employee, she left. She did not say..Im closed, I will be right back, someone will be with you...she just disappeared..I was really in shock.

Por la Ubicación de los productos comestibles, la limpieza y lo que más me ha impactado es que puedo pedir lo que más necesito de comestibles que whole Food no tiene allí, en una tarjeta que se encuentra en costumer service y la traen a la tienda en menos de un Mes. De esta forma me ahorra mucho tiempo.

I love Whole Foods as a company, but the attitudes of some employees (especially at the juice bar are unacceptable). Generally the attitude in a store is "the customer is always right" - however this afternoon it seemed to be the exact opposite. The overall attitude of resentment towards the customer needs to stop. More attention needs to be given to this area of the store. Aside from the attitudes, its just poorly run in general. If there is more than one person ordering a juice, there could be over a 10 minute wait. I am happily anticipating improvement in this area.

I love to go shopping in Whole Food Market the stuff that have it on the store is good for you it might be expensive but if you could afford it you can buy it they are good quality food is interested I like to go there I like what they have they have nothing to have good stuff for your body they are good vitamin for vitamin C blood pressure diabetes theyre all those kind of vitamin different stuff if youre interested go over there to Whole Food Market I like to go to the one in Union and Vauxhall Road yeah thats it thank you

Very knowlegable staff especially at the cheese counter. There is an older guy there who is on the money, and acts almost like a guide to all things cheese. I always thought I loved cheese, but I really never knew how much there was to love until I went here. The bartenders at the "Clark bar" are nothing spectactular, not all that friendly, and pretty blah. So thats pretty sad, But the staff in the actual store are awesome.

Great, friendly, staff; especially at the deli. Robert is the best. Food is on the expensive side, but the quality is high. Their roaster chickens are delicious, as are all the prepared foods. I have also bought some nice outdoor plants there. Going to whole foods make other supermarkets pale in comparison. I hope that their merger with Amazon will not change what isnt broken.

Very high prices. Rude service: Shanda, an obese black woman, was chatting with her obese black male coworker about when they get time off from work and completely ignored me as I checked out; did very minimal customer contact (merely took my money, rudely told me to put my basket under the conveyor). Was going to come here more, but will go elsewhere.
