No refunds, even same day. But I gave them three items they said theyd try to fix or give back so I can send them to company under 30 day warranty. I went in twice a week apart to check, they have receipts along with my contact info. Its two months with no response. The employee was nice, I even spoke to owner. But now theyve my purchases, Im past warranty and out of my money.

Very nice shop. Much more of a professional feel than other local smoke shops. They had a great selection of e-juice last time I was there and were kind enough to keep me posted about whenever theyd be getting new stock coming in. The owner was even kind enough to look into some of my suggestions for new juices to carry! Would recommend to anyone in the area!!
