helpful and great selection. so used to vape employees acting stoned (not different than the kids working at best buy, possibly helpful but mostly clueless), but Ish was a great help. cant say its always like that but he was all you could ask for; really helpful, didnt feel like any question was too stupid or I was taking too long. great selection and easy to find location. (I took a star off because A. imho its ejuice is more geared towards blokes, which is smart given the huge percentage of male buyers, but as a female , I wanted flavoured cereal and desserts... I did go back the next day and they had three more dessert flavours so their selection might improve or change frequently... thats only a small sigh, but I also didnt find my second trip as friendly, it might have been that the first trip was so great in comparison it was a letdown. also didnt have vegetarian/non-gelatin capsule options for in-house made items, another option wasnt suggested). Edited: have been back 2x so Ive met three employees and all were very helpful. Giving me tips I never would have thought about on my own in a relaxing, no pressure atmosphere.

Clean place with a decent amount of products for the size of it. I like the fact they have ALOT of the oddball juices that you constantly hear/read great reviews on how they taste, the clouds produced or really good price. They could use more equipment though. The kid that helped me was cool/chill. It wasnt like a buy your crap and leave type of experience. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is the location of it. Its on a corner thats REALLY BUSY which made it more of a task to leave the lot then what I prefer......also its 1 building and its shared with a cash for gold/pawn shop. Yes there are separated by a wall so you clearly see its 2 businesses but you have to use the same front room when you walk in the main door (which is rediculously small) to access either of them. In short, if your looking for those juices you see all over the Web and wanna try then this is your place!

Oh boy. Been going to this shop since it opened... Even let the owners borrow our ladder to put up their sign when they were first getting it all set up. Converted my mom to vaping and this is her go to shop. Brought my girlfriend in for the first time today after checking on here to see the shop closes at 8:00pm. Walked in, said hi to the kid working and he immediately said, "hey, were closing up soon so if you guys could make it quick" Not quite the customer service weve come to expect from this shop especially in an industry where B&M customer service is the only thing setting shops apart from online ordering. There are plenty of options.

He walked me through step by step how to set up my vape & gave me options of different ones to chose between. He also offered his opinion on flavors. Matt does such a great job explaining and matching me to my needs. Even though he doesnt get an extra penny, he def deserves it. He looks out for the customers for the best experience rather than just trying to get another dollar. One of the best vape shops in the area, if not the only one, but great experience overall!
