Decent selection of products but way overpriced. Most items are 2-3xs the cost you can get online or even another local head shop. I purchased a g pen $20 but the battery came seperate $25, so w/ tax I paid around $50. The first night the coil broke. I looked up this pen online which sells for $7-10 and thats with battery included. They are selling the Volcano Vaporizer for the ridiculous price of $700. We all know that is an expensive product but I have seen the classic and digital volcanos for hundreds left. Even the small section of cigars they sell are overpriced. They had a few of my favorites and the avg. markup from other stores was $2-3/ Cigar. A shot of Kratom, was selling for $35. It looked like a 5 hr energy shot and $35?? I laughed and just purchased a replacement dome and a vap pen. Dome is too small and pen broke in less then 12 hours. Screw elite and their greedy owner. Most of the staff seem polite but like others have mentioned, they do not open and close according to schedule. The one man staff/shift decides when he wants to call it a night. Not very professional

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I mistakenly bought a new rig from here with my christmas money because, the piece i was sold had a slightly off alignment which made it an eye sore not to mention i bought an ash catcher to put on it and it ended up cracking the glass of the down stem because the arm of the rig wasnt strong enough to support it and this guy was very cooperative at first about replacing my piece but now has stopped answering my emails after he told me he "sent the pictures to his blower" and hed "get back to me sometime today". Very shady business and i am very disappointed. Stay Away.

They sell cheaply made glass. Ive never in my life have something double blown break from a simple temperature change over night in my life. They didnt want to reconcile it and all they said was "we didnt blow it what do you want from us?". I hope you enjoy that money because thats the last you get from me and my friends. Ill be spreading the word on how much you guys care about your customers. No wonder its always a ghost town in there. Keep driving to Pipe Down people.

Do not go here. This business is a rip off. Its truly disappointing this is my local smoke shop. When companys have pipes with problems and they arent good enough to sell for top dollar, they sell them for cheap to places and call them seconds. This store buys only seconds and knock offs and sell them at top dollar. Its disgusting. Go to wonderland in freehold bought a pipe there for 300 that was 600 here.

Will never give them business ever. Drove 20 min to get to them, cuz online, and on their answering message, they said they were open until 9pm. Come to find out they were closed at 8pm. Waste of time!! Could of went to a different place wile they were still open. Strongly do NOT recommend this place on my experience and on others that have gone there.

This store give smoke shops a bad name in a business that already has a bad rep. They sell knock off vapes, pens, torches and their glass is all B stock. They are overpriced and they do not care about customers escpecialy those that are card carrying patients

Not really knowlegable all low grade products kratom was terrible the detox drinks didnt work should of knew this when I seen the 10 dollar drug test that comes from the dollar store..... Ya better off keeping your money I wont go back anymore

Overall was impressed. Called ahead to inquire about product, clerk was knowledgeable and friendly and the store is brand new looking, well-lit and organized. Only complaint would be price for kratom products, but still worth the trip.

Place actually closes at 8pm on Saturdays. Arrived at 7:50 and the place was practically closed already. Guy inside saw us outside and we asked to make one quick purchase in cash but pretended he didnt see us. What a bad person.

Yall are crazy, they have a great selection, great prices and were open on Christmas eve! These reviews sound like disgruntled old workers that got fired or competing smoke shops leaving bad comments. Grow up
