PERFECT PLACE! Really no complaints I came to this Vape Store because my regular store keeps closing early and/or not opening for the entire day when they are supposed to and their schedule says they are supposed to be open. After I came to this store they really got me hooked in a good way. They have a 5% back on all of your transaction and that money keeps accumulating to your account. That really was a no brainer, they give back to all their customers. The staff is really friendly and they know what they are doing.

Kenny (Dude with the Mustache), amazing person to talk to about vapes. As a new vape user, I was confused and unsure of what I wanted/ needed to make and use a vape. He immediately talked me thru everything and even provided a tutorial on the vape and everything about it. He suggested some real good flavors and what seems to be a pretty dope vape. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Urge Smoke Shop in Elizabeth and would STRONGLY recommend anyone and everyone to check them out. You wouldnt be disappointed.

Mike totally hooked me up. Everything about this place screams quality and the staff are no exception. When I told him I wanted the cheapest mod he had did he try to convince me otherwise? Did he tell me I was going to regret my purchase? Nope! He respected me, got me the mod I wanted, and then took twenty minutes letting me try out juices. That is how you build repeat customers. Thank you Mike and thank you Urge for actually caring that I bust my ass for my money. Will be back. Will recommend.

I went to Urge to find a vape for my mother in law, who I want to help quit or reduce smoking cigarettes. The sales person (didnt get his name) was very helpful and informative. I felt confident with my purchases and looking forward to come back. They have a large varieties of what you could possible want! The shop is neat and spacious.

I love Urge Smoke Shop! The store is really cool on the inside (cool as it rad, even though it does stay cool in the summer too). They have a huge selection of supplies for vaping and for hookah as well as smoking regular tobacco. I really love Urge and will keep going as long as they are open.

Not a fan of adding tax. When you say 25 and then say 26.35 for example I rather save that 1.65 lol but otherwise its a great place to vape and chill these guys know their stuff and are supper friendly
