After browsing for about 10 minutes I purchased two small pipes one for 10 and one for $15. As soon as I got to my car upon closer inspection I noticed that the bowl on one of the pipes was made of painted wood. Personally, I dont really like the thought of inhaling burned paint and wood. I guess you can say that I should have looked more closely before making the purchase but for some reason I just didnt notice it. literally 60 seconds after walking out of the shop I turned around and went back in. I was the only one in the shop and there was only one employee, a young woman with black hair that had just sold me the pipes. I very politely explained the situation but was told that they would not offer me a refund or even exchange. Dont think Ill be patronizing the shop again.

Wonderland is an excellent shop. Rick the rep whom is usually working, is extremely helpful, knowledgable of the products, and very friendly. I recently had just bought the PAX 3, told me of all the great features, the benefits and even how to register it online for warranty purposes. Very chill atmosphere and great for all your smoking product needs, not to mention the art work painted on the walls absolutely wondrous.

This is THE BEST smoke shop in the entire area. Rick is THE MAN!!!!! Dude knows everything about everything and is incredibly talented at explaining things. All you have to do is literally tell him whatever it is you want or youre looking for and he will have you ready to go with THE PERFECT set up. Youre the man, Rick. Best smoke shop Ive ever been to.

sold me a vape pipe with no explanation on how to use it. When I went back to ask for help they said the dont do returns or exchanges, I ended up calling Vaporistic down the road from them and the staff fixed my problem and didnt even charge me. Id never use this place again!
