Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy around. They have lost countless prescriptions. My vet called in a script three separate times on a Wednesday and by Saturday, CVS hadnt filled the script yet. Upon inquiry, I was told they never received a call from my vet yet my vet has each individual call logged on her end. My vet then attempted to RE-call the script in (while I waited on hold) but couldnt even reach anyone as they arent answering phones at this location now. It just rings and rings and rings. Not even an answering machine picks up. After several attempts she then asked me to have the Pharmacist call her. 2 hours later they call and obtain the request for a script yet again and then take another 2 hours to fill the script. This is for a medication for my dog that would be fatal if she is abruptly stopped which almost happened because of this locations AWFUL selection of incompetent pharmacy technicians. I am changing Pharmacies as soon as I can.

I went in to get some infant medication and they didnt have everything in stock. I went to print up some coupons on their extra care coupon center and only half printed out. So I couldnt use it. When told the employees. They said yeah we know and didnt care. Then when I checked out my receipt didnt print because they ran out of paper. He couldnt reprint it so I just left. This cvs is a mess and horrible. I would avoid it like the plague. I only went because it was in the way him. Next time Ill go to the one midtown. It seriously sucks.

I am a student at Stevens Institute of Technology, a few blocks away from this location. This is one of the few stores open at all hours of the day. I have found the employees pleasant and helpful to the best of their abilities. The store offers medication, basic food (most importantly milk), and every other basic need. I also thoroughly enjoy the fact that the store accepts Stevenss Duckbills, the campus currency, at no extra charge. This store is an ideal place for any college student in the area.

The pharmacists and assistants have a generally unhelpful attitude. Today they were outright rude. They clearly do not care if their customers are satisfied with their service. Im switching all my prescriptions to Hoboken Family Pharmacy. They actually care and are knowledgable.

the worst experience with women employee, age 20-30, on front desk in CVS, not pharmacy...front desk!!! So many people without job..and the giving jobs to that kind of people...Would not give her to clean my restroom!!!

Just like any other CVS though the location is pretty conveneient in Hoboken. The staff is clueless and cant help find anything. Good place to stock up on essentials and health care products or at the pharmacy though.

Standard CVS, most of the employees are very nice. It is very rare to find a time when they have enough employees working their however. The pharmacy department is always quick and friendly. I come here often.

Im told prescriptions are ready, I go to pick them up, theyre not ready. Ive encountered several techs with bad attitudes. With all the pharmacy options in Hoboken, this one is no longer worth it.

Just awful! They will make you wait 20 minutes to get through on the phone or in person. Never have enough staff to deal with the volume of customers. Avoid at all costs.
