I went in a few weeks ago for compression stockings and was told they werent covered by my insurance, even though I had been told by 2 different doctors that they were. They didnt even bother to contact my insurance or help in any way. Today, I went into a different medical supply store prepared to pay for the stockings and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got coverage from my insurance, even though I didnt have my insurance card with me. I was told my insurance covers me for 2 pairs of stockings per year. The staff at Globe Surgical were not only unprofessional, but also ill-informed, if not outright corrupt. I really hope their work ethic is improved if they dont want to lose further business.

Excellent prices for IVF drugs. Excellent service and knowledgable pharmacist. They are very accommodating and really go out of their way to make sure they put you first. They called my insurance to confirm coverage and quoted me the best price. They do compounding so I have no doubt all other pharmacies and even the fertility institute gets the drugs from them. I just wished I learned of them sooner I couldve saved quite a few dollars! They serve their purpose and I love that they deliver. Its no frills yes but I rather save money then have a fancy shmancy drug store. Fluff is of no purpose to me.

After lookin for days at the large chain pharmacy stores for an item, I was surprised to see that this store had exactly what I was looking for. I returned to purchase for my Grandmother some surgical supplies and they also had the item in stock for a couple of bucks cheaper than mail order service. The owner was very helpful and knew all about the items. Im quite impressed at the service and knowledge of their staff. I will never wander the isles of those big stores again! Peter gonzalez

so if your question is not to their interest, you are treated bad. i wonder why did i ever recommend them to anyone. Rude and un-professional people. once they answered me with a no we cant help you they just went back to what they do as if i just disappeared. no questions allowed they will not even try to recommend or share any type of knowledge. i wonder why they turned to be like that!! if you need real help find someone who is not greedy like them or at least nicely answer you!!

I agree with Yana. I had a similar story with this store. They told me: "listen, other countries did not give anything, whey we should give?" they very unpleasant, impolite, screaming to me. When I told them that Im ready to pay for those stockings, they asked to see my mother personally. I even dont know if those people have a human senses.

The sales rep Carolyn, at this small but well stocked surgical supply store was more than accommodating when helping me identify which arm brace would be best for me. Its nice to have local and knowledgeable businesses that care about true customer service.
