Cashiers are not well trained at this target. Attempted to make a $77 dollar purchase with 2 Visa gift cards. Explained to the cashier that one card was for $50 & one for $30. He kept instructing me to swipe. Card was not being accepted, the cashier then seemed dismissive..not trying to help and asked we move to the side and call the cards CS dept, after I waited 25 minutes on the line. Apparently, they were trying to deduct the total amount on one card. I ended up leaving and going to Walmart. There, the cashier asked what amount I wanted to deduct...she put it in the register, I swiped and it took out the $30 for the 1st card...and the balance on the 2nd. ..Cashiers should know how to troubleshoot these issues especially during holiday season when customers use these cards the most.

I miss the old target pharmacy. The CVS one is not as good. My text alerts are weeks too early or non existent. I really liked being able to renew a prescription via text. Also I cant prove it and its possible (very unlikely) that someone might have stolen some pills from me but there was a time that I could swear I was missing at least a week of pills in my months supply. Ill keep coming as I am a creature of habit but deep down inside I hate myself for it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was put on hold for 10 min and hung up on twice! Writing this review before i call for the third time. I ordered items to the store and one was missing, i waited for half an hour while 4 diff employees looked in the same basket so something that wasnt there. NEVER ORDERE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE

Good items, helpful staff in the floor, and better selection than Walmart.. But lines always seem to be long.. also confusing with the split they do at check out which separates self check out and cashier check out. This just makes lines even longer and have customers confused.

Good place to buy. Only concern I had bought spoiled milk there a few times in a very short time. The milk due date was expired twice and the another time the milk was bad with a good due date. I spoke with a worker there but I still seen problem with milk there.

I usually have a good experience here. But I went last night and things were hectic and disorganized. I bought a Butterfinger, which tasted weird once I started eating it. The expiration date was in June...we are in August. Thats ridiculous.

Very congested stores dont feel like the 900 employees could be anymore helpless thats if you can even find one that works in the department their stocking just too find out thats not their department

You cant beat target! Its a one stop shop for everything you might need. I love this store This Hackensack location is my favorite because I always find what I need here and its very convenient.

I went in to get a new cell phone but didnt know my password. Looking for mints in the candy area was none. Lines where good, some of the shelf where empty .
