I had a great experience with Kiky Jewelers in purchasing my Omega Watch. They helped me exchange my old watch for a new Omega, and gave a fair and equitable price. Kiky, his wife, and Tony (the watchmaker) were all very courteous and nice! I would like to rebut previous negative comments and add that Kiky is Honest and Fair. He has a straight forward personality, and that works well for me. Tony helped me pick out the watch and sized the bracelet several times until I got the most comfortable fit. Tony was also pretty knowledgeable about how to use the watch and the mechanics of them Lastly, what I do suggest is that if you are interested in a watch is to do your homework beforehand because they are not watch historians. The staff will be patient to help you try on different watches, but it helps if you know what movement and design in advance. I highly recommend Kiky Jewelers if you are in the market for a watch. -Eric

This man is a gem, no pun intended. Spent months searching for the perfect diamond at the best cost. What I learned from Kiky about diamonds was just about everything. Not once did I feel pressured to make the purchase then and there. I have already brought family and friends to him giving them the same shopping experience and knowledge. Trust me, I challenged them to go out and find a better quality diamond at a better cost before their purchase, and in the end they all go to Kiky. Forget about the diamond district in NYC. Forget about Zales, Jared, online outlets like blue Nile or allen. Even your local boutique jewelry store will fall short of what Kiky can do for you! Happy shopping...

Very strange place. I adjusted metal band for my friends watch a month ago and they charged me $25. I asked to do same work if i will bring same model in a momth and they told me Yes. Logically why not. Simple work and took just 10-15 minutes. I visited here today and asking me $35. I told them that i paid $25, but they saying it was a month ago and it is better to do other work if i pay $25.(Even though there was no customer at the store) $10 is not a big money, but it seems very strange. Good luck for thier valuable works!

What I purchased: Diamond / Custom bands Bottom line: Not your typical jeweler. He invests his time to ensure you are ready to make an informed investment, no pitch no pressure. Consistently delivered excellent pre- and post-purchase service. Understands that each customer has different requirements and goes above and beyond to meet those requirements.

They charged me $20 for battery watch replacement. I said to the owner its expensive , but they said they used to charge $70. They scratched the back of my watch while opening the back for the battery. Ripped off.
