When a disabled vet isnt able to pick up a baby dresser at the store, so has it delivered then that dresser is damaged during delivery, the return process should be easy. When calling the "help" line and told I am being recorded without approval, but I inform the help line I am recording because (a) I have health issues with recalling and this makes it easier to recall what was discussed and (b) so I can show whomever is over the process of delivery the waste of so many items being broken during shipping. So after dealing with so many dead ends and rude finger pointers I thought maybe this is the only way to show others, if you want an item safely delivered from Babies R Us/ Toys R Us, then either higher somebody you can trust or go to Walmart or other company.

This place is a joke. .. got here at 4am with an appointment for 5am.... after 4 hours then they tell me that i MIGHT MIGHT be dun at 130pm..... what a place. They only have one person unloading the trailer and counting the fright as they go.... i would never come back here even if they payed double the money. .. what a waste of time. ..

Truckers dont go there! they take forever to unload. I have a driver there since 5am and its about to be 1 pm and hes still not empty!
