The manager (Mario) was not helpful. He didnt have good cutomer service. I had to begged him to show me where to put the air condition coolant and turned out to be the wrong low point. He was not knowledgeable. Maybe that was why he didnt extend his service. Other team members went outside and helped customers but not him. He said i have to wait. I complained and then he asked his boss if he could he go out and assist me the boss said yes just make sur someone is up front. I told him i was handicap, he could care less. Plus he sold me the wrong oil and i had to return it.

The service was totally unexpected . Worker Kathy c. Was horrible .. I had to ask her could she help me.. I was the only one standing there, I ask her for help. Kathy stated in a mean and nasty tone . " I didnt know you needed help." I refused to swoop to her level.. I will never patronize this business ever again ...

Pretty much the same as all Auto Zones! Great curtius and will help you with basic repairs on the spot! Like windshield wipers, a headlight bulb, maybe a fuse, depending on which one!
