Bad Customer Service. I reserved an online part for pick up. The store called and confirmed they would close at 6. I assured them I would be arriving a few minutes before closing, since I got off work at 5:30. I arrived at the store at 5:52 and found all the lights turned off. The employees looked to be sitting outside in their cars, however none came out of the cars when I arrived. I tried calling the main number hoping someone was inside. No one answered. I ended up buying the part at another parts store. When I complained to Napas regional office the store told them they had tried calling me and waited past 6 for me. This is not good customer service. Worse yet when they embellish that they tried calling me just to look good to the regional office. This was my first and last order with the Windsor store, other Napa stores in the area have been more customer service oriented.

This company is by far one of the best I have ever encountered. The owner allowed me to have my car towed to his parking lot to fix the tire, right there in the parking lot and didnt charge me a dime. He helped me out, checked on me, gave me advice (actually save me a huge headache), gave us water, and when I tried to give him a small token of appreciation, he didnt take it stating that he was glad he could help. He said hes been where I was and was happy that he could return the help to someone else. Additionally, the parts are very reasonably priced.

Exceptional customer service. I showed up with a fog light bulb that was out. In the parking lot, I had to disassemble the housing of the light to get the bulb out. The owner came out and help me by providing an extra set of hands. Great guy who cares about people. Some would ask, all for a $4 bulb? I say no, NAPA Auto Parts - Paris Automotive now has a customer for life.
