If you love shopping online or dont like talking or interacting with humans much, this is the perfect place for all your car needs in town. You can pick up in store, if you dont grab it... you dont get charged for the products plus you can ship to home! Its a quick easy stop when you are driving thru town, all the people that work there that Ive encountered know their stuff and are helpful. I really like the Speed Perks rewards program, they have lots of good discounts and sales all year round. I like to stock up on oil and oil filters to get the Speed Perks coupons, use them on other stuff when I need something new or unexpected.

My visits to this store have been very pleasant ones. I frequent this location because no matter who helps me I always get the parts I need, even if they have to be ordered. The young lady that works there is very sweet and will go out of her way to get everything needed for the job and the young man with red hair ia very knowledgeable on specialty parts and was able to answer my questions regarding issues with my vehicle.

Customer service is lacking. No greeting when walking in and no add on to sells. I stood at the front for at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The salesmanship and hospitality really needs some work.

Better than the other local car parts store optiin in town, Auto Zone, but most of the staff is rather rude. Other than that it is usually well stocked.
