They have a lot of the basic arts and crafts stuff and then a little bit more. But if you are serious about art or a craft, they dont carry EVERYTHING. They just carry enough to appeal to the masses. Also, I always find it hard to find a staff member. Sometimes the only person I can find is the one person working the cash register. I feel like only two-three people work here at a time and they are usually too busy to ask if you need help, and when you look for them, it takes a couple of minutes to find someone. Also, they se not as knowledgeable as people at specialty stores. This place is convenient because it does have a lot of the stuff I need and its a lot of fun to look around, but I can never rely on someone to help me, which is why I only gave it 3 stars. Its just okay.

I go very often . Usually its great services. But today it was the complete opposite. Cashier Aya; seem like she was in a hurry to leave. She scanned many of my items twice. I tried to explained to her and she just didnt care. I told her lets start over. And that Ill tell her what to do first so the same situation doesnt happen again. Looks like she was having a bad day and told me: YOU NEED TO RELAX. Right away I asked for someone else to assist me. What type of attitude its that? No customer should be treated that way. More when you in the Christmas spirits. What a Grinch!!

Do not take in a high quality painting to be framed. Ive had to return their work 4x, initially they simply didnt put the wire on properly that was easy to fix. The adhesive they used for the water color did not stick, they tried using the same product and assured us that they figured out the problem, each time we brought it home the picture slipped. I sitll havent gotten my picture back and its been over a month what a disaster.

I visited Michaels and it was beyond pleasant experiences. The associate is very specialized in its field, so help was easily ready and I was able to receive almost expert opinion from the associate. The store is huge and has every items you crave for hobbying and painting. They have a huge collection of everything you can think of. And, the fact that store was squeaky clean didnt hurt at all! Try this store out!

Clean and all. But not a lot of selections in comparison to its other stores and definitely need more helpers on the floor. Had to chase after one salesperson along with 3 other customers just to get some help

Went here with my girlfriend to pickup a few items on a Saturday. Store was of average organization. Staff was friendly and greeted us on entry. Easily found what we were looking for and line moved fast.
